The walking first aid kit was nice as well as the Prada bag and the cute and compact Prada cosmetic bag. However, I found myself fast forwarding a lot to get to the point of the video. I think you could have skipped on a little bit more on the racing gear and the race day details so the video could be less lengthy.
i hope you do well in your race Jen! don't worry about your subbies, stay focused on the race itself, enjoy your time with your husband, and when you come back home, we will still be here waiting for the update ;))) have a nice trip, and don't forget to have some fun.

Your new Carry-on looks great. Amazing how much stuff one can fit into those. Thanks to your inspiration I got a wheeled carry on as well---> so excited to see how that works out on travels! Funniest thing was that my mom (who really does a lot of traveling) said one wouldn't need one of these and when she saw mine she was joking: "Oh thank you, that's such a nice gift!" This one in particular is helpful as I have been looking for a new carryon but wanted something small enough to fit under the seat versus in the overheads. I know youll do great Jen in the race!!! I know you said you've only done 5k's but I'm almost 250lbs with asthma and I did an 8k back in May.. It was AMAZING. I never thought I could do it and with the support of my mom and my sister and some other people along the way, I did it! AND I didnt even have to pull out my inhalor!They want me to do it again this May, but I dont know! LOL. My feet and calves hurt SO badly after, but the feeling is AMAZING!!! I hope you do great! let us know your time!

I use a PB Kids small pillow its 12 by 16 and is down! I love it since it is the same size as most travel pillows but it is down so I love it and also use it at the hotel.

I love your shoes! I live and die by Asics, but if you are anything like me, I HATE wearing belts of any kind around my waste when I run even for water or food, so if the belt doesn't work out for you, if you are interested, I know in the past I have seen running shirts they make that have pockets built into them specifically for gels and chews. I haven't personally used one yet, but it is something I plan to try since I don't like the belts.

I went to Tampa,Florida last year no trouble with TSA and my computer ( when I left Philly PA). but when I left Tampa to come back home they made me take my laptop out. So you just don't know. Good luck with your run.

Jen, have you ever travelled overseas for an extended period of time? If so, what are your recommendations for packing for a trip like that? Suitcase recommendations, carry-on items, etc. I'll be going to London for study abroad for 6 weeks this summer!
There is a kindle app for your ipad for free. You can read any of your kindle books on that. Whats cool if you want it for travel is most classics are free. You don't even need a kindle to set it up!
I use to have problems pronouncing kinesiology too Have a wonderful trip and enjoy your race.. a 5 k is a major accomplishment but a 1/2 is an experience like no other the satisfaction you will feel is really second to none.. baby yourself for at least a week after the race and revel in the pride you will be experiencing.. by the way what is your race number so we can check on you throughout the race
