I hate MH so much, obliterated modern and turned it into a shitty rotating format. Where everyone scrambles to buy the new mythic or rare from the set because it’s just too good not to play.

Yeah I miss the 2017-2018 modern there were some powerful outliers like gravetroll and KCI but there's a reason so many of the modern history videos on this channel focus on those earlier metas those decks were just so much fun to pilot :)

I haven't really messed with Cascade too much in commander every now and again I'll face an Apex Devastator though and It's always terrifying

It's not really reliable in commander since you have to give up sol ring and other early game consistency pieces for it to work... Personally I prefer to cheese suspend-only cards with As Foretold or Halo Forager.
