Love the update! Super impressed with this aircraft as a whole. Another awesome update from the team. Good job guys!
I just took this on a short “getting to know you” hop from jfk to philly and this is a GREAT rework. Everything is ultra-responsive. I had planned on smashing into the runway and bouncing into another dimension but I was able to grease it on the first try. The autopilot tracks nicely, your airspeed doesn’t run away on you quite as badly as the 777 or the 757 when you’re descending below 15,000’. I’m not an a380 devotee or anything but I’ll definitely be using this on longer hauls here and there. It handles like a much smaller airplane which is what a lot of pilots have said about the 747 and a380 over the years.

Thanks for the tutorial, I have been wondering about this for a while. Truly amazes me how easy it is to fly an A380. Now is the time for me to pre-order one
It’s not that easy in real life, well FBW helps abit, auto trim also helps abit but still is hard to fly.

can you addd that pull feature to all pushback because it would simulate realism like you can start at a maintenance apron like at the qantas one at lax btw you should add that to a building and then you can push back and the pushback car and tug you to your gate with out using fuel realism will go up

HI Infinite Flight! Amazing update! I have one concern or nitpick of mine with the A380 Engines. I am super picky about how the aircraft looks, so sorry lol. The engines on the A380 have quite a big gap where they reverse thrust. What im saying, is that There is a very big line where the engine reverse thrusts instead of it almost being unnoticeable like on the A350. How hard would that be too fix? thanks you! best update the game has ever had!!!

Although the APU is an engine, it doesn’t contribute any thrust.
the APU on takeoff is used to provide bleed for the cabin, essentially taking work off the engines, which can put out more power.

no, apu has no power, only keeps the power alive during engine off
No, apu has nothing to do with performance increase, it only acts as an auxiliary power source when the engines are off. For performance increase you can use engine bump.
