Eliminating the ethology helps us in alleviating patient's symptoms. It can be either pulp, and or peri apical pathology etc...

Like caries are never born again in your teeth.
Summing up all the text, you will need a common toothbrush, another unitufo interdental toothbrush, toothpaste and tongue cleaner that sell in drugstores.
Let's start, now the explanation - To prevent tooth decay, just brushing properly and regularly, and with two brushes and not just one, as most people think. It has to be the normal brush and the other interdental or unitufo brush. You can brush your teeth after bathing, lunching, before going to bed mainly, because bacteria will stay in your mouth for a long time, and if you don't brush at that time before going to bed, you can get cavities. But it is not enough just to have a toothpaste and a common brush, if not caries in the mouth is still born, because the common brush can not reach all the spaces of the teeth, where are leftover food or food in the teeth and mouth alone. So you will not be able to eliminate all the bacteria in it, and cavities will be born. The ideal is to have a common brush, another interdental and unitufo brush and a tongue cleaner. Brush your teeth and mouth first with the regular brush, making circular motions on all teeth, front and back and gums and between teeth and gums also where plaque and tartar build up. Also brush your teeth vertically from top to bottom and from bottom to top as this helps to eliminate food scraps and food that get between your teeth. Then use the other interdental brush to pass it in the middle of one tooth and another where there is still food left over, especially above, near the gum, in the middle of the teeth and gum, where small holes usually gather food inside. of them and the ordinary brush cannot remove them. Then rinse your entire mouth with water in every possible corner of it, mouth, whole part, gums and throat, with plenty of water, enough to shock the mouth water to eliminate the food and bacteria that remain inside it. after brushing. You have to feel that the water is cleaning the mouth and eliminating the bacteria inside it in all directions. If you still feel your mouth and teeth are dirty, repeat the mouthwashing process, shocking it until you feel it is completely clean, and then spit it out. Until you feel all the bacteria have come out of your mouth and the water is clear, no more residue. Ready the correct brushing process of the teeth and mouth is done and the caries are never born in your mouth. If you do it with some regularity. Lastly, wipe your tongue cleanser and eliminate its bacteria, and you're done, caries will never be born again, because you've done her complete hygiene and left as few bacteria in there as are not enough to give you cavities in your mouth. From time to time floss all the teeth, between the teeth and the gums and floss down the plaque or tartar and then rinse the mouth with water. For their better hygiene. But this process is not necessary to do every day, ideally once every 4 or 5 months or so, for a better cleaning of the teeth and mouth as a whole. But this can be done once and for all because with the use of the interdental brush, it already replaces the floss quite a long time because it plays the same role as it, and it is more convenient and quick to clean the teeth with it. The mouthwash you will need to use from time to time or you will no longer need to use it. Because this brushing process with these two different brushes complement each other, it already sanitizes the mouth very well, so there will be no need to use the mouthwash except from time to time or another accessory or cleaning device on After I started brushing my teeth and mouth with these braces and methods and with some regularity, cavities were never born in my mouth, 3 years ago. Sometimes if after a meal you are in a hurry, rinse your mouth with water to remove its acidity and not corrode the tooth enamel, and then brush your teeth with an ordinary brush, even without paste, just water, so quick, just to remove the thicker and apparent residues of the mouth, making a superficial cleaning, and later when it is more time to make a deeper and complete cleaning in the mouth and teeth. This will save you a lot of money, since cavities will never be born in your mouth anymore, and you no longer have to go to the dentist all the time. It will be rare for you to have to go to the dentist and spend money on expensive treatments, root canal treatments and eventually lose your teeth, and have to spend salty money on implants. Not even doing more teeth cleaning at the dentist to eliminate tartar will be necessary anymore. You will avoid all these problems and save time. When we lose our teeth or get root canal treatment and they get weak, our esteem drops a lot. I hope this information helps everyone. Thanks and hugs!
