  • Fixing up a 2004 gmc Sierra 2500hd
    We replace knock sensors, serpentine belt, idler wheel, water pump, fuel tank lock ring, filler neck, belt tensioner, coils and wires to name a few, and pickup a few loads of stone for the driveway.

    I love how you aren’t scared to just get elbow deep in there and fix on the ol girl! Good idea fluid filming anything you take off mister too, I also just got some batteries for ol crusty 7.3 and she runs soooo good with two new batteries. I gotta get your number too I keep forgetting….😂

    Nice improvements to the rig, I was thinking spread the terminals on the relay as soon as I saw the heat rash. That bad connection arcing every time generates a lot of heat. The nice thing with the way you did it, the front dress only came all the way apart once and you got everything but the a/c. But I'm pretty sure the snow plow will do a/ok without the Frigid air

      Yeah the ac has its own separate belt, and the compressor is rusted solid. 😂 I think on this old tank it’s an open window ac system from now on 🤣 I’m hoping those connections work for now but I think that box might have more corrosion some of the other systems near that relay seem to be affected too. 🤷‍♂️
