Ngl man I decided to get off porn a few months ago. One of my best decisions ever made. I utilized that energy into my body and becoming better everyday. I look better and completely different than my past. Face is really slim, some muscle, six pack, buzz cut, and I ditched the clean shaven look for a mustache and goatee. I feel alive and honestly I am ready for 2025 more lessons to learn and hopefully more growth externally and internally. My main objective now is to get better everyday even if it is in small increments.
I will comeback to this video and think to myself, what are things can I do something different in 2025. For me, 1. is to go to the gym more since college was mainly the edge of my focus and Energy draining. 2. is to be more proactive on my activities, instead gaming every time I get the chance, I do something different, either go outside do something fun you that you want to do. And 3. Not just being mindful of what you’re doing, be consistent, discipline. I’m pretty sure there are some of people who are dealing the same problem this year that mostly just stay home and play games, be like a bum in the indoor life. The calorie calculator probably works for most people, but not everyone. It says i need to eat approx. 2700kcal to maintain calories, but i've been tracking calories for more than 2 years and eating 3200 every single day without gaining anything when my fitness stays the same. So rather use that number as a rough estimate and weight yourself every morning to know if you are gaining or losing weight.

But every year I see a video about making the next year yours but I think no matter what you are doing it is your year at the current moment as long as you are progressing and taking humble pride in what you have done.
