I cheated & just added F13-24 keys to my streamdeck to do the press. You could do that with Lioranboard, Touchportal, or anything that allows a drop down list input guys. "It's basically where they type all that gibberish to do things in movies." Me suddenly remembers being a literal child typing in C:/oregontrail.exe in the DOS days. I could easily figure out OBSCommand but I'm lazy. I think I'll just wait for NOOB CMDR. I am SO hyped for it! Thank you so much Nutty!
I use Voice Attack to help control my ship in Elite Dangerous and it's great. Definitely worth paying for it. Note: you should run through the Windows Speech Recognition training about 3 times before you try to start using commands. Voice Attack really benefits from this extra training, but also continues to improves as you use Voice Attack more.

Thank you so much. I build and film giant puppets by myself, I'm often in a green screen suit which means pressing or even seeing the record button is a huge pain. I've wasted hours taking off puppets/puppet arm sleeves, my green screen mask and gloves just to record a second or third take (sometimes 10 or 12 takes if it's a really difficult shot). Often I'd get so lazy, I'd just do 5 takes in a row and then stop recording, which meant hours of going through footage to find the best take. I really appreciate you sharing this information and explaining it so clearly. I also added some commands to help me label my video files in folders, now I just proclaim: "Spiderman! New Folder! Spiderman listen!" I say the name, and Cortana writes it down. If I make a mistake when dictating I just yell: "Deadpool super delete!" Thank you so much, this will save me a lot of headaches, and help avoid extra wear and tear on my puppets, costumes, and my patience! 😀
dude i love your idea. please add in a feature to bypass the audio switcher in advanced scene switcher. I can only prompt it to look at an interface and switch above a decibel level. I'd like to have it switch below a decibel level, ignore a decibel level or even detect two sources and swich to another. for example. if "mics from scarlett" and "mics from zoom" are both above 50% switch to overhead cam. where as right now it flip back and forth if either mic is above 50%. I hope that makes sense

I would say that's true to a point. Having used both IMO VoiceAttack is way more powerful and has a much cleaner and more intuitive UI. But yes if the goal is to send simple key presses then both will do the job.
I've been doing this for some time, I have a twitch bot that has a plugin used in Voice attack that If I say a cmd it can run a cmd in the bot that can make changes in OBS. What is also cool is the bot cmds can also trigger voice attack cmds that lets say someone uses a cmd !closegame could be linked to a twitch rewards or 5000 bits and it will run a voice attack cmd that will press the keys Alt + F4 and close the game.
#Nutty I bought voice attack and I think I did something wrong. Every time I make a mistake .... in Apex bronze .... umm ..... it yells at me and belittles me! I had to walk away from my desk once. I was in tears. Voice attack is not sensitive to my needs at all. 👍✌️
I've been experimenting with this same thing. I would recommend using a premium voice pack, as I found the default ones a bit too "robot-like" and abrasive on the TTS replies.

Can you use Voice Attack to detect profanity and perfectly time a censor bleep?? 🤐 A time delay between OBS and outputting to the servers is probably required... But if you can figure out how to do it, that'd be F%*KING awesome! 😂

@nutty Hello, I have a problem, you will see I do not know if there is any plugin to be able to change from my keyboard when I put a key that in the secondary pc it changes the scene and that when I remove pressing the key, the previous scene or the image is removed I show.
yo nutty... i did everything u told but still obs command doesnt work. i tried to run it directly from command prompt and i get time out error. the obs command opens but nothing happens.... i already tried to reinstall mutiple times the websocket but without result ;(
For a 2 PC streaming setup, VoiceAttack would have to be installed on the streaming PC for being able to do the scene changes, etc. Correct? If I am also using Voice Meeter to get my mic audio from my gaming pc to the streaming pc, VoiceAttack should hear it?
One of the core functionality of VA as nutty mentions is sending virtual input (key presses, mouse clicks, etc). Chances are you will NOT have a way to pipe that kind of input from one PC to another, so whatever PC is running your streaming apps will need to have VA so that VA can send commands to control your stream. Granted that doesn't stop you from having VA on two different PCs so you can access separate functionality for stream AND game control.

You could if you wanted. In fact, that's what I made NOOBS CMDR for. It uses a GUI to generate batch script files which you can run directly from Voice Attack - no parameters necessary!
I tried several Speechprograms a month ago, but they didnt recognize correct what i was saying. You have to train it for your voice, this is time consuming, this is nothing that works super quick, sadly. Stuff like "For what" instead of "Forward" kinda annoying, i gave up on it. Steam reviews for voiceattack are like my experience, not that good, sadly. But OBSCommand is dope. I love your content.
To be fair, VoiceAttack is currently received as "very positive" across all reviews on steam. Voice recognition inconsistencies like you mentioned can be improved or entirely remedied (to a point) via a variety of methods. Don't get me wrong, it isn't 100% perfect for everyone under all cases, but multi-syllable words like "forward" shouldn't be a big deal if everything is set up correctly and the speech engine is properly trained.

Nutty. NOOBS is a great app.. but missing a MAJOR function. It has no ability to DELETE or EDIT the entries... I can't change toe order of the sequence of commands... ( move a command up or down in the list order ).. since the sequence is obviously important in this... being able to change the order the selected and defined actions occur in is important. BOTH functions should be available. If i accidentally added a command I don't want.I have to exit and reload noobs.. re-import the saved .bat.. I can't simply remove an entry after its been added.

There's also another software called voice macro which will work the exact same as voice attack but is free with unlimited commands/profiles

Actually Windows has voice commands built-in and can do some of this but Voice command is way more flexible

It's possible if you're using OBS Command. You can enter in the local IP of your streaming PC.
