    I'm so grateful that I found you a few years back when I was diagnosed with scoliosis and you've changed the way I see and move my body. I've learnt to appreciate it and give it the care I need instead of fighting against it. The inspiration, empowerment and integrity you give us is something I haven't found in another instructor.     I always watch the videos without doing the excercise first, so that I can prepare myself for the routine. Glad I did it again today because I started crying. I have fibromyalgia and it's been really hard since giving birth. I am constantly in pain and hate my body. I never really considered being grateful to my body for giving me my daughter. It's easy to forget those details when you're at war with yourself/body. I think I will need a minute to calm down (can't stop crying and it's getting my husband worried) before I can do this routine. Might even do another one of yours to avoid bursting into tears again. It also reminds me that I meant to ask if you could do a video or two for people with fibromyalgia. I have phases when I do a lot of your videos and it really helps me, then something happens and I am too stiff/in too much pain to keep it up. It's always hard to get back into it regardless of the knowledge that I helps me feel better. You said it yourself, you reach a point when you realise that you have to take care of your body. I think I have reached that point recently. Thanks for your video.

    I’ve just found your channel. Amazing! You explained so simply how to do each movement and I thoroughly enjoyed the 20 min beginner video. I did lots of running prior and not much else and my body started to suffer especially pain in my lower back, hips and knees. I need more of your videos in my life 🥰 I feel amazing and refreshed.

    Being grateful for each part of my body that works - the ability to see, to hear, to think, to smell good food, to get out of bed under my own power, to be able to sit, stand, walk.     Thank you! That was a very fast ten minutes and although I did feel my heart increase since I was moving I don’t feel exhausted like I did a workout. It was great the move and stretch first thing in the morning and also be grateful. Amazing video, thanks!

    This was nice. Today Im struggling very much with a recurring burning, aching pain in my left shoulder blade (of course that's not the only recurring pain, but the one that's been plaguing me the most as of late). I've been to PT for a year, been dry needled, massaged, all that jazz. It still keeps coming back and it's exhausting :( It sounds like you've been through a lot. I would love any insight you are willing to share.
