    Thank you for introducing Kanazawa.
I was born near Kanazawa Garden 70 years ago and have loved the city ever since.
Kanazawa is a city where you can experience a mix of old and new. During World War 2 the city was fortunate not be bombed. so the old town remains.
I think your You Tube video is amazing. Thanks to coming my town.

Thank you so much for your kind words. It warms my heart. Yes, we love Kanazawa. We first visited there in 2005 and it has been a favorite of ours ever since. So much history and preserved neighborhoods to explore. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy our other videos. Please tell others about our channel as we have just started and trying to grow. Thank you!

Thanks for the comment. Yes, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom while we were there. We were fortunate to see them as normally would have bloomed several weeks earlier.

Thanks for watching! Yes, we were fortunate with the timing for the cherry blossoms. Kanazawa has a lot of charm within the old neighborhoods, yet not quite overrun with tourists such as some places in Kyoto.

Thank you for commenting! Josephine's family has 163 years of history in Japan and we thought it would help folks get a different view of Japan. We also have plans to produce several videos on various subjects as to what to do and not to do when visiting Japan. Glad you're enjoying the videos.

WOW, you must have awakened so early to film before the tourists were out. What a lovely video!

This is one instance when it helps to have jet lag. Can't sleep in? Just get up and out! Seriously, it helps to get up and out early or later in the afternoon, but there are still many places even in the middle of the day where one can escape the crowds. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Glad you did. We are trying to add some fun and an element of language using Josephine's 18 years of living in Japan.
