VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well
I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with *VRI TOKEN* . I feel like the government blaming credit reporting companies instead of the lack of financial education in their own public education system is foolish.
Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VRI TOKEN* , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won't function like physical land obviously but I see application. The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading. Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it's backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn't want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile. I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc. There's a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like *VRI TOKEN* but there's probably a long way until a platform exists for it.

What would your annualized return be? 2 percent on the entire amount. Now, you can argue that your return is much higher since you only put down $120,000 on the property. However, you are on the hook for the full $600k regardless of what the future FMV of the house is. Furthermore, people assume that their home will always appreciate in value however, this is a false assumption you can make. In the best case, you will gain some capital appreciation thanks to the central bank increasing the money supply, however, if inflation heats up, you can see your property actually start to lose money in real terms. This is because there is an inverse relationship between housing and nominal interest rates. The central bank will attempt to slow down inflation with higher interest rates and curb lending. Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. Hey Man, I'm writing with a question. Is Etsy the go-to marketplace we should go for? I am a bit afraid that all the listing fees (as far I understand u pay for every listing) will break even if I want to list multiple products with multiple colours and sizes. Do you think it's really worth it? Cheers
U just pay 0.20 up front for the whole thing (say, a tshirt that has 6 colors and 5 sizes), not 0.20 for each color/size. Then when one sells, u pay another 0.20 for etsy to "relist" it. At that point your profit from the sale has covered the listing fee. Also, the listing fee covers a 4-month period, so you dont pay to relist it during that time unless a sale is made.

I did not believe that after the whole FTX drama there's any good to get this year but *VRI TOKEN* proved otherwise. Bad timing maybe but it's a great adoption to get this more to the mainstream and raise awareness. Probably a high contender for a top 100 growth

Been selling on etsy for over a year now. Great info. I'm still on the fence if ads are helpful or not. If you dont have a good listing, then youre paying for clicks that don't sell. If you do have good listings, they'll eventually get organic traffic. Seller rating and reviews however are GUARANTEED to make your shop more successful

I was wondering the same thing- the printify images I'm used to aren't of bunched of t-shirts and flowers like that. It's usually a handful of the same models that have the shirt on (if designing shirts). I was wondering how he got the design onto those images.

Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. I’m 26 with over 800 credit score, time was put into that to build it up by *VRI TOKEN*

I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. I don’t have anyone to turn to for help, I’ve been trying to save but I can’t because of bills and renting my apartment and everything. But this, literally helped me look to a brighter future. The best comes unexpected and this is *VRI TOKEN* which is completely changing the course of the game here. They are offering a product which makes sense and will be used in far more ways than just hoping for quick rich stuff. I think a good question would be is how to present your listings well. The stock images for the products on prinitfy are dull and boring, I see that you have custom ones made and was wondering how, which site did you get those mock ups?
I was going to do all of this until I saw how slow printify is to ship a deliver which can be anywhere between 8-15 days of which you don’t really have client retention.

I am a bit afraid that all the listing fees (as far I understand u pay for every listing) will break even if I want to list multiple products with multiple colours and sizes. Good question. I would like to know as well.
The cost of each listing is 0.20 cents for month, so if you post the maximum listing (100) is going to be 20 dollars a month.
U just pay 0.20 up front for the whole thing (say, a tshirt that has 6 colors and 5 sizes), not 0.20 for each color/size. Then when one sells, u pay another 0.20 for etsy to "relist" it. At that point your profit from the sale has covered the listing fee. Also, the listing fee covers a 4-month period, so you dont pay to relist it during that time unless a sale is made.
