Why is ‘ITIM’ not on the list? ... anyway, wala ka talagang itatapon sa kahit anong pelikula ni Mike De Leon, that’s how good his films are!
True where is Itim? his first movie and one of the best debut directorial ever, visually stunning and scary. I mean Hindi nahahati ang langit shouldn't be on the list since Mike de leon do not consider it as his movie anyway and wanted his name out of it and what a joke it is higher than Kung mangarap kat magising... lolz

What happened to "ITIM?" winner of Asia's Best Picture and Best Actress for Charo Santos ... do your research ... "Hindi Nahahati" should not be on that list ... I am devastated!
I have seen KisapMata, Batch 81, Kakabakaba and Kung Mangarap kang Magising in theaters. For the latter's theme song Joey's Theme, its my all time favorite Tagalog song.

kisap mata film has been the standard of Mike De Leon..the horrifying plot which incests in the PH becomes rampant. This story based on police file...so thrilling and really so breath taking

Personal favorite (and it never gets old) "Kung Mangarap Ka't Magising" and "Kakabakaba" are frequently shown at Cinema One and CineMo!
May I able to see "Batch 81" again (only saw it once and in snippets) and four-hour masterpiece "Aguila" where de Leon was the cinematographer.
It's not Cid Lucero in Batch 81... it's Mark Gil, father of Cid in real life...
