I just want to say...John's testimony had me laughing. I have struggled with God for a long time because I thought he wanted me to be a certain way...serious, stoic and "holy". John's testimony really broke thru a lot of the religious barriers I've felt for a long time and it made me think...this guy;s genuine...maybe God wants me to be genuine too. It was such a break through and I thank God you uploaded these.
I have a weird sense of humor, and I thought being a Christian would make me give up that humor. I see now that God will just refine it, clean it up and use it for his glory. Thank you again. It has meant a lot to me and I plan on watching the whole series.
This teaching on "Power Evangelism" was formative in my early walk with God as I had departed from religion unto a close intimate Walk with the living God per the second chapter of Acts...
John Wimber and the Vineyard CF changed the way we worship and the way we dress in church. The power of God moves through them tremendously. 2,400 churches and 300,000+ people around the world. Reminded me of the Azusa revival and the Aimee McPherson revivals of the 1920’s.
