We love orzo with garlic, butter and heavy cream, baked sweet potatoes with butter, cinnamon and pecans, crispy roasted brussels sprouts, from scratch “Rice a Roni (easy!) and all my kids love black eyed peas
I have been cooking green beans in the air fryer lately. I’m definitely going to try to “almondine” them next time. I love lemon on just about everything. 😊
Well thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video. Shesh! It was just one of those days! Forgot to record, can't say the right veggie. Ha! oh, well. 😆
I would add minced garlic with the green beans. I love to make roasted carrots with honey, corn pudding, pickled beets with feta cheese & balsamic vinegar, three bean salad & roasted butternut squash with minced onions.
Hi Ang. I totally missed this video until I opened my email and saw this as your latest video. There are so many great dishes in the video. I'm glad I didn't miss it altogether. The one that intrigued me the most was the cauliflower one. I must try that one for sure. The potato one had my mouth water. I am so glad I found you. Have a wonderful weekend, dear one.
Well I’m so glad you were able to catch this weeks recipes! You can’t go wrong with any of them but the cauliflower is definitely a good one to start with! Thanks for the kind comment, Cindy! ❤
I am excited to make all of these but the rice pilaf I’m gonna try first. Have used boxed rice pilaf but now knowing what to put in is far better than all the added sodium in prepackaged. I want to try the cauliflower also. I have made the other two before and they are quick.
Right! I always just bought a box of pilaf until I discovered it was so easy and tastes way better. It makes great leftovers too. The loaded cauliflower is always a hit. I truly hope you enjoy making the recipes. Take care! 💛

Yes that would be perfect! Lemon just feels like sunshine to me and we definitely need more of it around here. 😄
Luv that potatoe recipe I would like to try the cauliflower but with broccoli
Broccoli would be great!
The way I do things is.... Its either an extravagant main dish or side dish! And they take turns!
I love that! Sure takes the pressure off and makes the process more enjoyable. Thank you for sharing, I need to remember that.
I appreciate you using ingredients I normally have in my kitchen & I like how you can modify the dish with what you have on hand! Thanks!
You have great knife skills. Love these easy, scrumptious side dishes. Thank you so much
I am so happy I found your channel! I really like your cooking style and your presentation. I lol'd with the "broccoli" blunders....love this!

I’m going to try every one of these! Thank you Ang!
Oh good, you’re welcome! I hope you enjoy all of them. My personal favs, the cauliflower and Parmesan potatoes 😊
I wonder if I used brown rice for the pilaf? It would need to be cooked longer maybe a little more liquid.
VERY NICE INDEED! WHAT LONG GRAIN RICE BRAND YOU ARE USING MY DEAR?
That's a good question! I usually buy it in the bulk section at our local grocery store.
You could probably do it with broccoli too🤷♀️🤔
Kathy, yes! Why not! I hadn’t even thought of that. Thank you for the idea 😃
