Fellow Oregonian (Florence) here, I'm going to trust you on the recommendation for the Nonna's Balsamic Glaze and I'll buy it tomorrow! You make it sound so delicious and I love a good balsamic glaze! Back to the recipe, I personally prefer shredded chicken to chicken chunks, so I'll probably try this recipe with precooked shredded chicken. I love watching you, you're so real! It is much appreciated in this world of 'glam' today! Thank you. ❤ The chicken enchilada casserole sounds delicious too!
Hi there! My husband and I would visit Florence often to play in the dunes. Beautiful area! Also, you'll love the balsamic and won't regret it, it's fantastic! I'm so glad you enjoyed watching and thanks for connecting with me. ☺
Hi Ang. I opened my email this morning and saw that Caprese Chicken Casserole. It looks so good. I hope you and your family are well and staying cool. Have a great week, dear one.
That is a great question. I haven’t tested that recipe with gf pasta but from the research I’ve done on gf pasta bakes, penne is the best pasta to use. I hope that helps! You’ll have to let me know if you try it and how it turns out.
Possibly. I haven’t actually tried any of these recipes in the slow cooker, sorry. You’ll have to let me know if you experiment with this and how it worked out for you. 😊
I like all your recipes. I would, however, lightly brown my pork chops first. I also like that you use your hands to clean out bowls of ingredients! Thanks
??? 1:30 h the rice is SO OVERCOOKED ? I can believe what im seing here? Has a chef cook and bread/pastry baker since 45 years im juste sad to see that....??? Im going channel by channel to look for new recipes for a huge resurch in food and health .....Normally, we cook the pork chop first , ( Normally coat with flour and fried) to give a little crispy coating and with seasonings. We finish baking in the oven with the gray. And for the last 20 to 30 minutes we add the raw rice and continued baking. That way you have a nice pork chop with a nice brown coating and flavorful and that way the meat melted in your mouth but the little crispy coating of the pork chop is so delightful and delicious. And the rice is tender but still have a little resistance and that we love, its not a muchy kind of soupy rice with all that foamy grey/white liquid in from the raw pork chop ..... 😊
11:29 ???? That's really REALLY gross???? Never NEVER cook raw pork chop in a casserole dish like this....All the nasty liquid and white/grey toxic mousse goes in your casserole dish ? You must cook the pork chop first!!! Mostly we roll in flour with a little salt and pepper and we fry them a few minutes each sides and then you put the pork chop in some gravy or in wathever your dish is! First , its healthier and all that bad nasty liquid and that foaming liquid doesn't get into your dish, and third, will have better taste .
3:19 ??????? Do you know what happens when you cook chicken in a pan or pork chop or any kinds of meats ???? There's always that white or grey mousse forming arround the meats !!! Thats not good we always take it out while cooking, right? So , when you put RAW MEAT in a casserole dish , that all cook in the same time, well, the SAME THING HAPPENS YOU KNOW ? YES all that toxic grey/white stuff is in your casserole dish and you are eating this ? So i recommend at least blanched your meat or cook half way or cook all through but PLEASE DONT PUT RAW MEAT TO COOK IN WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS LIKE IN A CASSEROLE DISH...ITS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH......
Actually the "juice, fat, or foam that comes off the meat while cooking in a baking dish is the same that happens while cooking in a pan. Which also makes incredible drippings for a gravy or sauce. I'm comfortable eating all of it but feel free to change or cook the recipes that make you feel comfortable. I hope you enjoy! 🙂
If you need attention, as that's why you do this, go somewhere else, perhaps go outside and yell and scream and you may have all the attention you need 😂
So happy I found you! Your recipes are great and you explain everything so well! Just the fast and easy recipes I need. Thank you!!!❤❤❤

Ha Ha! I get it. One bowl isn't too bad to wash either. I hope you enjoy!
They all look good
Caprese Pasta looks good. Guess I’d cut down on the broth if there’s still too much water. 2.5 cups perhaps.
Yes, you could definitely adjust the amount of broth a little!
Oh yeah 🙌🏼. Chick enchilada, pork chops, chick caprese...in that order! New sub now 😊
Sounds like a great way to start! I'm so glad you're here!
Just subscribed!

Do you think GF pasta would hold up in the caprese dish? All recipes will be tried for sure. Thanks for sharing.

Could we do recipe in a crock pot.?
Possibly. I haven’t actually tried any of these recipes in the slow cooker, sorry. You’ll have to let me know if you experiment with this and how it worked out for you. 😊
