Definitely should have picked a different title. A third of the clips I couldn't even tell what if any the injury was. Only a third of this video was actual bad injuries.
Dude a lot of the injuries in MLB are internal injuries I know since I played baseball when I was younger the pitcher at the time snapped his ucl in his elbow it is very painful but it doesn't look broken at all not to mention some pitchers throw so hard their bones break others get sprained which can also be season ending depending on the location all I see a bunch of bad injuries in this video
The title of this video immediately made me think of Dickie Thon, shortstop for the Astros in 1984. The dude was a homerun machine and an incredible infielder. While at bat a fastball got away from the pitcher and it beamed Thon's left eye causing an orbital fracture. He was never the same after that season. While he did continue playing for several seasons the stats are clear as daylight when you compare before and after that fateful game.
Any injury to the hand is considered serious the pinky is responsible for your grip strength without it your grip is very weak just like how if you lose your big toe you can't walk because it is used to balance yourself any injury to the hand even as significant as a pinky hit can lead to serious or even crippling lose of function in the hand
The problem with sports videos labelled best or worst leaves out the accurate phrase: "that we have film of since 1986". Ray Chapman died of an inside pitch. Jimmy Foxx and Ernie Banks had their hall of fame careers derailed by inside pitches. Wilbur Wood had 4 consecutive seasons winning at least 22 games and was on pace to add another when a line drive shattered his landing leg's knee cap. I'm sure there are others, yet none mentioned here.
Those might be a little to graphic mate I don't want to see someone's knee cap shatter and you can't show a death on UA-cam without an extremely graphic warning
I just jot back from my game against the Giants and one thing that happened was I was chasing a fly ball to left field and I very much messed my left leg up. I almost felt like I tore something
I had a hot grounder pop me in the upper lip during practice my senior year. Went down to the Dr.'s clinic and got 3 stitches. Got back in time to finish practice. Next morning, my girlfriend checked me out at school. She kissed me on the lips gently. We'll be married 30 years this December. Boys, ya gotta keep a gal like that!
Why the hell yaa wanna see so much injurys God damn u guys are weird as hell like I saw one comment saying that he thought it was a guy getting hit in the eye... Why type of sick shit ya on
1:06, I've never seen a worse injury then that. absolutely horrible, my stomach turns when watching that ouch!
Who even got injured?
Absolutely unbearable pain. Rolling on the ground, screaming in pain.
Seriously why is there no content warning for this video?? I was nauseous the whole time.
I hope he recovers soon, terrifying watching a man almost die
Definitely should have picked a different title. A third of the clips I couldn't even tell what if any the injury was. Only a third of this video was actual bad injuries.
News flash for you genius just cause they don’t look injured doesn’t mean anything could be something internally
Agreed.

I got the pleasure of watching Dickie Thon play AAA ball. I knew he would be going to the big leagues. I was saddened when I learned of his injury.
I respect the catchers, they’re always the ones checking on the batters
Title: Worst MLB injuries
Half the clips: "Ow, my pinky hurts!"

The problem with these videos is that we don't get updates on the injured players.

Who are you
They never show Steve Yeager ( Dodger catcher ) getting impaled by a broken bat . Which led to new protective catcher mask
2:15 sweet dreams night night Lawn Mower
Some of these might seem to be “not too bad,” but I can tell you getting hit in just the right place can cause career ending nerve damage.
Some of these just don't cut it
There are many other videos that show far more dramatic injuries.
I’m so sad Acura is out of the season
2:15
3:34
this video seems kind of pointless if you don't give a description of what was hurt
Title: Worst MLB Injuries Fans: 2:15 oh crap he's hurt
Too many of these are just videos of plays. No injuries shown. Not that someone needs to be hurt but this is totally misrepresented.

Why the hell yaa wanna see so much injurys God damn u guys are weird as hell like I saw one comment saying that he thought it was a guy getting hit in the eye... Why type of sick shit ya on
