I've been a Pujols fan since I saw him in his first spring training game as a rookie trying to make the roster as a Cardinal. He tore up spring training. He is a consumate professional, a great competitor and teammate, but like most latinos, a little thin-skinned at times.

MLB should take a page from the NBA. Leaving the bench especially to participate in an altercation is a fine and a suspension. In MLB leaving the Dugout or the Bullpen to participate in an altercation should be a one games suspension only the manager or acting manager and the trainer should be allowed to do that.
