Divide by 100 then multiply that answer by 12, that'll tell you how much salt is in that 12 gram seasoning. The answer is 3.948 grams, so basically 4g of salt in that little pack.
I basically do my own version of that Munchie box that takes a little bit more work but tastes great. Spicy coated chicken strips from Iceland, Tesco or wherever cooked in the air fryer. Chips cooked in the air fryer. Then in a frying pan I throw in some diced onion, chopped chilli and diced peppers and cook until lightly caramelised. Throw the chips and chicken into the frying pan along with your seasoning and stir fry for a few minutes. Bloody lovely.

Quite amusing, as usual. I have only ever once bought a meal from Iceland, so I can’t really comment, but half a kilogram of ‘chips’ is a hell of a lot,. The word salt can refer to many chemical compounds, but in culinary terms in this country, usually refers to sodium Cloride (NaCl), food enhancer usually refers to monosodium glutamate - (another salt), often used to brighten cooked greens & enhance other flavours. Love your take on food which is clearly aimed at the bachelor or single person. Personally, I used to love cooking, but not if I was the only person eating.

That's being proven to be a myth. There is no difference between the shiny side and the dull side. The dull side only exists because of the process making it. Its caused by the roller that stretches it. Btw former chef here.

That KMC salt and pepper seasoning is bob-on... Stick some onions, chillis, garlic & ginger in a hot wok with a modest dash of sesame oil (or some 'stir fry' oil), add some air fried Aunt Bessie's chips and toss the lot together with some of that KMC seasoning & light soy sauce. Same result as a chippy at a fraction of the cost of their salt and pepper chips!

Telly seemed way better back then, especially the old sitcoms, game shows and comedians but sadly the PC/Woke/Snowflake Brigade have put an end to some of those.
Regarding the chicken, I may have a go at doing a homemade version - Fry some onions with fresh sliced chillies and diced peppers in a wok with some salt and a bit of honey then batter some diced chicken fillets and deep fry.
