Yeah, sometimes we just need 1 more unit till a 3-star 5-cost, and it's not appearing in the shop like it would be cursed :D Still, 2nd is better than 8th :)
Yeah, lately a lot of people have been playing Storyweaver even though Sivir was nerfed. However, Kayle's blue abilities were improved, and the level 9 board still seems to hold up pretty well against other combinations.
@@INTJGamingTFT At 5:14 you're at 77 hp with 3 econ augments, 2 Star Kobuku as your tank and a 1 star sivir as your carry. Your opponents clearly never played any TFT in their entire life.
On stage 1, I believe I got 5 items which were perfect for Sivir. In stages 2 through 4, I acquired Galio. This combination is deadly in stage 2, and by start 3 early. I started losing in mid stage 3, and won one round luckily as there was a Fortune player. But I understand what you're saying; sometimes it happens that the lobby is weaker than others, perhaps due to more players accidentally contesting the same combo, and so on. However, overall, I've built a 3-star 5-cost unit many times following a similar strategy. At the end of the video, you can see I was badly bullied, but with a 9-level board comeback, I managed to 3-star a 5-cost unit :D Obviously, you cannot build a 3-star 5-cost unit every single game, even with the best items, best champs, etc. Mortdog will say "not this time," and you will get Mortdogged :D
@@INTJGamingTFT I had 7 sett’s and needed 2 more to 3 star 5 cost it. In the late game do you sell everything to 3 star 5 cost a champ if you are 2 away? I had a full board with a 3 star 4 cost syndra playing fated/dryad. I even field 2 setts 2 stars. Lost it cause I did not pull the trigger and was a coward.
Kobuko as a tank is much better than Garen. I've tested this many times :) The plan is to get 50 gold ASAP, which allows Kobuko to scale with it and gain extra HP every round. Additionally, the Bruiser trait provides 20% more HP, which scales well with Kobuko. Finally, the Dragon's Claw gives sustain with his ability, allowing him to tank even longer. Unfortunately, Garen cannot do that :(
