Sims 4 CAS Cheat To Edit Pre-existing Sims

Don't you hate it when you create some sims and place them in your game and then realise that you forgot some important information like their relationship details. With this cheat you can go back into CAS and edit pre-existing sims.

Hi! This doesn’t work for me. I tried doing the modify in CAS with the shift click and it’s still not working. This is so frustrating, I wish it would have had the same master controller mod as sims 3 did!

Hi there, so sorry it's not working for you. Did you make sure to type testingcheats on and then type cas.fulleditmode? I think the cheat is also limited when it comes to pregnant sims. Hope you get it sorted. Are you on console or PC? The cheat should work on console as well.

@@simmernatYTthe cheat used to work for me but now it doesn’t work anymore ever since I gotten a new console. The only way I can edit the sims is if I change them from the mirror

So what do we press if we play on xbox

Press and hold the LT, RT, LB, and RB buttons on your Xbox controller for a few seconds. This will activate the cheat textbox.

Thanks I knew how to activate the cheat box I just didn't know what to press on the sims instead I just pressed on the mirror and pressed change sim

The fact that this even needs to be a thing is actually disgusting. The entire game is centered around creating your Sims and their appearance, yet they seriously didn’t have the foresight to realize that players will want to re-edit their characters facial features without using cheats??? This is exactly why I never touched this game until this year. It’s a total pile of garbage in comparison to former Sims titles. I’m honestly so disappointed with the Sims 4 and won’t spend a penny on any packs. I’d rather spend money to support CC artists that make better looking/rendered objects and content than the artists working for EA.

I have also had comments with Simmers saying that the cheat does not work for them so there is that as well. They also at one point disabled a lot of the cheats so you can only access them by using Twisted Mexis All Cheats Mod.
