The whole online/offline thing is so unfair. Players should have the option to play offline and should not have to be online to be able to go offline. It just makes no sense. I don't know why ea does not give us the option to stay offline if we choose to.

So unfair, hopefully ea will sort it out with the new update.

So sorry you are having issues. I thought that EA was supposed to sort out the Reapers Rewards issues. Unfortunately I don't think you can repair Sims 4 on Xbox.

So sorry that you are having issues. You do need to log into your game before you go offline. Unfortunately you have to be online to go offline (it makes no sense I know.) You can also try logging in through the program files. Some simmers have been able to play without logging in when they go through the program files. It did not work for me when my internet was down. I expect you still have had to log in beforehand. This PC , Program Files, EA Games, The Sims 4, Game, Bin, TS4_x64

I had this problem as well with the week 2 rewards. I couldn't claim rewards but when I went back into my game later I could claim them.

😢oh no. I was having issues today as well. I couldn't claim my rewards. It kept on telling me I was offline and that I needed to be online to claim but I was online. Eventually I gave up and when I went back into my game later on I was able to claim them.

I was certain that when the hope for fangs moodlet disappeared after the second trimester all hopes for having a baby vampire were lost. I was very surprised that Summer turned out to be a vampire. If you try it out let me know if your Sims had a vampire baby too. 😊

Ea is apparently going to be releasing a patch this week so hopefully it will sort out the problem for Simmers.

So many Simmers are having this same problem. For some it seems mods are the issue but simmers that don't use mods are having the same problem. I was very lucky that the repair game worked form me. I hope that EA sorts out this issue ASAP.

I know some simmers are even having issues without mods. Have you tried repairing your game?

It's all in file holding previous rewards it's like there is conflict between old and new rewards from event.

I know Twisted Mexi's Tool Mod and Build Buy Mod are causing issues and I think I saw that UI cheats was a problem as well.

@@briannaroman31 I am not sure what mod could cause conflict but do you have the latest Basemental Universal Venue List?

If you do not have a custom music folder, go into your game, go into any household, buy any radio, turn it on play a few stations and then exit your game and hopefully a custom music folder should appear in the Electronic Arts, Sims 4 directory. This has worked for Simmers in the past hopefully it will work for you as well.

@@chantellemiya1838 Did you by any chance purchase the Sims 4 on steam? If you did then you would need to verify the files on steam instead of repairing the game through the ea app.

@@simmernatYT Yeah I was doing a legacy playthrough (only made it to 2nd gen lol) and when Gen 2 was a teen she made friends with someone Vlad adopted, except the person Vlad adopted was NOT a vampire. So it set up an interesting story, which is partly why I'm going to start a rotational save. That way I can use other characters and go through interesting stuff like that or play through multiple story ideas without waiting for the next gen.

Yes. Totally agree about the UI. It's just too much. I also feel that sometimes gameplay features get lost/forgotten about as they add more and more packs.

Hi there, I do have the Build A World Challenge which is essentially rotational gameplay. It starts with four different families and will eventually be four different legacies in one save file. You can check it out under the playlists on my channel.

that being Said, looking through my program files and EA folder I cannot see that it downloaded so went to my downloads and when I click on it it just goes to a blank Screen.

@@jaynefoot1101 You need to place twisted mexis all cheats mod in your mods folder which is In the Sims 4 directory.

Very strange that it works for some people and not for others. It's still working for me. Is there perhaps a conflicting mod?

@@simmernatYT I dont have any mods - I have been to the twistedmexi site, clicked on the download, then got a page with a load of writing that said 'grab it below' clicked on it, went to open the file and all it does is bring me to a blank internet page. see below what i see on the mexi site after I click download 'This mod re-enables all cheats for TS4 and provides more feedback in the cheat console on why a cheat succeeded or failed. If you're out of the loop on why this mod is necessary, you can read about that here. I'll keep this post brief, basically an update to the game's engine broke all script mods (the mods that end with .zip or .ts4script). I've updated my mod for this patch so please replace the old copy with this new one if you already had it. You can grab it below.
