Recipe and ingredients:
1 eggplant
cut into rings
1 zucchini cut into rings
Cut purple onion into rings
Mushrooms 1 kg
02:09 Marinade
Add salt and black pepper
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
dried garlic
olive oil
Thoroughly coat the vegetables and let them soak for 10-15 minutes
Place pickled vegetables on a baking tray
Add the onion and coat with the same marinade
Simmer for 20-25 minutes at 200 °C
