I like how, in day one, it’s established that the government basically figured out exactly what the creatures are and how to deal with them, flying helicopters with loudspeakers for advice about staying quiet just above the range of the creatures but somehow they never figured out that being too loud would kill them
In Mad Max's apocalypse it wasn't just oil that was running out before the apocalypse it was all resources needed to maintain the human population. Which eventually led to a nuclear exchange that put the nail in the coffin.
"You guys lost a war to birds" ... I mean, technically true. It lasted 6 days, and resulted in the death of almost 1000 functionally bulletproof, six-foot tall flightless birds. There's literally a quote that "the only way to kill one is to shoot it in the back of the head while its mouth is closed, which it almost never is". Also, the two humans involved (yes, two) were armed with the US made Lewis Gun, and given 10,000 rounds of ammunition (to fight at least 20,000 of these creatures). And that's disregarding the fact that the guns jammed after around 12 emu were killed (and continued to jam quite frequently when they encountered large groups).
It’s so refreshing seeing content like this holy shit keep up the awesome work it’s dope to see you grow , you got this always take care of your mental health as well that’s important
In the Terminator it's the machines that create time travel because they are loosing. John Conner is turning the tide of the war and has the machines on the very brink of defeat, so they try send the Terminator back to prevent his very creation. It's literally explained in the film.
The only real threat a Walking Dead zombie apocalypse would present is someone dying unexpectedly, reanimating, and killing someone who was caught off guard. Even this is easily countered by making watches or any device capable of measuring a heartbeat sound a loud alarm if they can’t detect a pulse.
You mentioned Australia's war on emus and it reminded me of a Sam O'Nella video. The Australian military may have lost the war because they were wasting more ammunition than emus. The emu problem was sort of handled when the government allowed Open Season on the birds because now farmers and just about anybody with a gun can go out and hunt them
5:34 - A pretty popular case of this is the NieR series of video games, which is story set in a "Joke Ending" branch timeline of an entirely other game series called Drakengard, both of which having their own sequels/prequels with separate stories though technically all connected through timeloop sh¡t.
You should watch The tomorrow War it’s actually very good it’s like where scary alien creatures attack earth 30 years after the present and they send teams 30 years into the future to investigate and find a weapon to destroy them it’s such a dang good movie
Fun fact about Yellowstone super volcano, if it erupts the sign of erupting will be 30 years before it does explode and nuke 3 states and covers everything in ash
the thing about The Last Of Us zombies is that the apocalypse happened so easy and was so lethal, not because of the lethality of the infected, but because of the fact that *everyone* who ate infected food, which was (as far as we know) almost everywhere around the world, you would 100% become infected and at almost the same time. There was just no outrunning or fighting because it was no outbreak that spread, it spread before anyone could prevent it.
if it took a year for humans to realize the death angles cant do high pitch sounds, then in real life were all cooked plot armor aint real for us side characters💀💀💀
I mean don't really blame them, they're practically indestructible and you wouldn't want to use your very limited resources and safe places to test for a way to fight back, otherwise you'd be putting yourselves and others in danger of getting found by the DA's.
id argue a quiet place is do able even given that it took humanity by surprise. you’d have to maybe set up a temporary camping setup and move carefully as to avoid injuries which would set progress back an insane amount. hardest part would be food because you’d have to start your garden over but still, i think it’s possible. plus i’m surprised more people didn’t move underground or into tunnels. regardless of how good the hearing is, sounds bounce and would be hard to track in a suffienetty big cave
How you talked about The Walking Dead, multiply by 10 and you have the Shaun of the Dead apocalypse. Imagine going about your regular day, making it all the way to work like normal before even realizing something weird is going on 😂😂😂
Thing is with zombies, wouldn't you wait until they rot away? Just keep away from them so you don't get bitten, or don't hang around any cemeteries so they don't rip you apart if it's the non virus kind and just wait.
It looks like someone didn’t watch the Last of us tv series The way the outbreak happened was through YEAST, which is in bread! Which means that if you eat any amount of bread you have the chance of being infected, and even if you don’t eat bread and survive the initial outbreak, you have NO idea how it happened, and when you get hungry you might eat bread and get cooked still! So maybe just watch the show thoroughly and maybe you would have gotten that.
The issue with Ethan's critique of A Quiet Place is that I'm pretty sure the wife was already a month or two pregnant when the aliens came down. Also, if this gets a part 2, I'd like to see you go after the book version of World War Z.
The scariest thing about the walking dead zombie is there strength inconsistencies these rotten corpses strength can go from being weak enough that Carl (a kid )can break free from one gripping his foot to being strong enough to disembowl a grown man and for something that can't reproduce they appear anywhere that makes noises in entire town size I wouldn't sleep on the walking dead
No one ever takes into account all the of the people who are armed around the world who would take advantage of the panic and strike. That’s why the main enemy in the walking dead isn’t zombies anymore. It’s people. Dangerous people. We’ve seen it since season 4 in different forms. It would happen in other apocalypse’s too
Radiation science: So there might be a reason the people look slightly inbred for Mad Max if there is radiation is affecting Australia and the oil is gone. Australia is in a different hemisphere than other countries. This would protect them from likely being targeted directly from nuclear strikes, but with the way the atmosphere works, the radiation would eventually reach them. But at that point, the radiation would completely saturate the Northern Hemisphere, meaning most people are dead. And the crude oil being so important is because there's only going to be so much in 1 place when you have no ways to trade with someone.
I feel like people underestimate the walking dead virus. It’s not like regular zombie viruses where you have to get bit to get infected in the show everyone in the world has the virus. And because people die everyday the zombie population would continually increase until humans ultimately become the minority and struggle to survive against the majority walker population.
There is this move that is like you’re wearing a VR headset, but you’re in special forces and you think the people you’re killing are monsters, but they’re actually humans. I don’t know if that’s considered an apocalypse, but I don’t know what the movie was called.
@10:20 I was like “a tier?!!? Tf def a c or b tier after that American plan explanation” then you said the dogs as I look over at my two HUSKIES. , ide be cooked bro 😭😂
Always wondered in WWZ where if you yourself thought you were perfectly healthy, then the zombies just zoom by you. Like, good you survived, but now you’re wondering if you got an undetected fatal stage of cancer.
I’m pretty sure that in mad max the reason why everyone is so messed up is they was a lot of radiation from the nukes and I think they also destroyed the atmosphere which led to everyone getting very messed up plus that would explain why everything is a desert and the oceans dried up
Even if the entire us military somehow disappeared before the zombies from the walking dead appeared, I’d still think I would have worse odds surviving a American school than the apocalypse
Just watched The Road yesterday lmao. Honestly S tier apocalypse. You’d have literally no food, you could find some but its now a finite recourse since crops and animals no longer exist. I know they are traveling somewhere the whole movie in hopes it will be better but i kind of interpreted that as blind hope, as no one seems to actually know if the whole world is fucked or just here
The quiet place is stupidly easy to beat. First off you take a Helicopter then you make it hover above a deep body of water then you make it blast out super loud sounds, then all the death angels will run towards the helicopter and then drown in the water.
You should make a new video on this kind of topic again your commentary is comedy gold, here’s some suggestions. “The mist” (specifically the movie cause the show was mid) “the darkest hour” , “alien vs predator requiem” , “cowboys and aliens” , “blade runner” , “the matrix” , “28 days later” , “knowing” , “battle Los Angeles” , “war of the worlds” , there’s some other ones but I feel like these are some good choices.
Another one to add would be the Matrix. Easy D tier. 99% of the population doesn’t even know they live in a post apocalyptic world, just living a normal life. Though surviving the initial war against the machines would be a lot harder, some people still did
The walking dead in the comic they learn how to herd the zombies and it becomes rare for people to die from zombies, usually only by accidents or carelessness. The bigger threat were humans by this point in the story
30:29 No, humans had won and it was the terminator that was a hail Mary throw to try and win the war before it starts. It was John Connor alone who changed the tide of the war. That’s why the events of T1 and T2 are so crucial.
I feel like if the Walking Dead happened in America, we would make the zombies merchandise for entertainment and use them for target practice.
That’s what they did in Shaun of the dead lmao
Tbf, there might be activist that would say the zombies are still people and try to stop such things. Despite you know, skin nearly rotted off and actively trying to maul everything that breathes

The humans were about to wipeout skynet in terminator. They invented time travel right before they lost to kill the leader of the resistance
The emu problem was sort of handled when the government allowed Open Season on the birds because now farmers and just about anybody with a gun can go out and hunt them
I'm from Wyoming the entrance of yellowstone. It explodes... we're all cooked haha
5:34 - A pretty popular case of this is the NieR series of video games, which is story set in a "Joke Ending" branch timeline of an entirely other game series called Drakengard, both of which having their own sequels/prequels with separate stories though technically all connected through timeloop sh¡t.
seeing your video pop up when i’m about to smoke has become one of my favourite things in the week. love the content❤️👏🏽
bro's lungs rn: 💀
@@onedude1389 i got hay fever too they jumping beating my ass😂😂
I love to listen to you're videos bro, hope this reaches you
I appreciate that!
You should watch The tomorrow War it’s actually very good it’s like where scary alien creatures attack earth 30 years after the present and they send teams 30 years into the future to investigate and find a weapon to destroy them it’s such a dang good movie
Yep
That film gets an A or S tier
Those aliens are way to OP
I’m definitely cooked.
Also the last of us tv series kind of did the airborne thing but made it spread through flour related products which is why most people turned
In the walking dead the virus is in everyone, it can make you into a zombie either through bites or scratches, or just regularly dying.
Apes is so good because of Andy Serkis imo. He deserves an oscar for how well he portrayed Caeser.
even someone with full body paralysis could survive the walking dead.
Yeah, Rick Grimes was literally in a coma and survived
Mans put respect on the monkey movie, that deserves a sub.
You are definitely going to be someone's childhood UA-camr bro, congrats on 5k already!
if it took a year for humans to realize the death angles cant do high pitch sounds, then in real life were all cooked plot armor aint real for us side characters💀💀💀
I mean don't really blame them, they're practically indestructible and you wouldn't want to use your very limited resources and safe places to test for a way to fight back, otherwise you'd be putting yourselves and others in danger of getting found by the DA's.
@@zaneeraser4665 true
15:31 as an Australian citizen, can confirm yep very Australian way of describing Aus life
id argue a quiet place is do able even given that it took humanity by surprise.
you’d have to maybe set up a temporary camping setup and move carefully as to avoid injuries which would set progress back an insane amount. hardest part would be food because you’d have to start your garden over but still, i think it’s possible. plus i’m surprised more people didn’t move underground or into tunnels. regardless of how good the hearing is, sounds bounce and would be hard to track in a suffienetty big cave
How you talked about The Walking Dead, multiply by 10 and you have the Shaun of the Dead apocalypse. Imagine going about your regular day, making it all the way to work like normal before even realizing something weird is going on 😂😂😂
I actually liked that in World War Z people with immune disorders/cancer weren’t affected. It made the lore more interesting for my science mind lol.
Dude, if you make a second part, you have to include water world, it's essentially Mad Max but on the sea
Thing is with zombies, wouldn't you wait until they rot away? Just keep away from them so you don't get bitten, or don't hang around any cemeteries so they don't rip you apart if it's the non virus kind and just wait.
I'd like to see a part 2 with War of the Worlds, Reign of Fire, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, and 2009's Knowing.
I second this, could also add Snow piercer (movie version), maze runner trilogy, the fallout tv show, and *technically* Interstellar
It looks like someone didn’t watch the Last of us tv series
The way the outbreak happened was through YEAST, which is in bread!
Bro's channel is growing so fast, I think I remember when he was on less than 1k only a couple of weeks to a month ago.
You should do an alien invasion tier list
For Terminator, it was actually Skynet that invented time travel because we was whopping that robot booty
This channel is probably going to sky rocket soon
The issue with Ethan's critique of A Quiet Place is that I'm pretty sure the wife was already a month or two pregnant when the aliens came down. Also, if this gets a part 2, I'd like to see you go after the book version of World War Z.
the movie started on day 460
Yes, she was pregnant for 17 months.
If you did a comics edition, make sure to add "crossed."You won't survive one day
Currently reading through the last part and I wouldn’t last two hours let alone a day ngl. That apocalypse terrifies me
No one ever takes into account all the of the people who are armed around the world who would take advantage of the panic and strike. That’s why the main enemy in the walking dead isn’t zombies anymore. It’s people. Dangerous people. We’ve seen it since season 4 in different forms. It would happen in other apocalypse’s too
Radiation science:
So there might be a reason the people look slightly inbred for Mad Max if there is radiation is affecting Australia and the oil is gone.
2012 is definitely S tier, literally none of us are making it to those boats let alone know they even exist
The only apocalypse I can confidently say I wouldn’t survive is A Quiet Place.
Yep i have to agree. Even worse if you have a pet dog or cat 😂
I'm here before he goes insanely popular
I’m a star wars fan though and through, your right about planet of the apes.
"Plus you can have one last 1v1 with your best bro" 😂😂😂 subscribed
I feel like people underestimate the walking dead virus. It’s not like regular zombie viruses where you have to get bit to get infected in the show everyone in the world has the virus. And because people die everyday the zombie population would continually increase until humans ultimately become the minority and struggle to survive against the majority walker population.
You forget that zombies in the walking dead season one were picking up objects and running
Just glad to see this dude was asking for 5k and now he’s at 20k. Congratulations man.
There is this move that is like you’re wearing a VR headset, but you’re in special forces and you think the people you’re killing are monsters, but they’re actually humans. I don’t know if that’s considered an apocalypse, but I don’t know what the movie was called.
I literally just watched the SCP tier list video, and this vid was uploaded while I was watching it 💀
Same bro
I love your reactions. It feels so geniune like satisfactory to me.
I’m pretty sure that in mad max the reason why everyone is so messed up is they was a lot of radiation from the nukes and I think they also destroyed the atmosphere which led to everyone getting very messed up plus that would explain why everything is a desert and the oceans dried up
Aren’t the I am legend “zombies” actually vampires? I mean they are sensitive to sun light, strong, fast, intelligent, and love blood.
WALL·E needed it’s own tier. Putting it with the walking dead is wild.
Absolutely love the energy of your content brother! I hope you can provide some more insight on your content in the future 😂💪
I know they are traveling somewhere the whole movie in hopes it will be better but i kind of interpreted that as blind hope, as no one seems to actually know if the whole world is fucked or just here
My friends and I had an "end of the world party" on December 21, 2012 and watched post apocalyptic movies. Good times.
As an Australian I am mad you though mad max was an apocalypse movie. It’s literally a documentary about the Australian outback lol
“Okaayyy,, but why is everyone inbred though” 😂😂😂
The quiet place is stupidly easy to beat. First off you take a Helicopter then you make it hover above a deep body of water then you make it blast out super loud sounds, then all the death angels will run towards the helicopter and then drown in the water.
An army of jocko willinks would truly spell the final 15 minute leg up nap of humanity
In the show, the last of us, the zombie apocalypse Spreads through if you eat flour or anything that has flour in it
Another one to add would be the Matrix. Easy D tier. 99% of the population doesn’t even know they live in a post apocalyptic world, just living a normal life. Though surviving the initial war against the machines would be
a lot harder, some people still did
Where do u think you’d make it in the Tomorrow War or bird box
The walking dead in the comic they learn how to herd the zombies and it becomes rare for people to die from zombies, usually only by accidents or carelessness. The bigger threat were humans by this point in the story
30:29 No, humans had won and it was the terminator that was a hail Mary throw to try and win the war before it starts. It was John Connor alone who changed the tide of the war. That’s why the events of T1 and T2 are so crucial.
