Highly recommend following Jamie's channel as well. Genuine dude, puts on outstanding information and his mindest is amazing. He is a amazing bodybuilder and a great coach. Can't hate the guy💪🏼
As someone coming to the end of their first year of training it's good to know there's still much to be learned even after you've achieved a 500KG Deadlift and winning WSM, keep coming out with the great content!
@User90 Yeah, but that shit is just there for UA-cam. This is him actually doing something he wants to do, fulfilling long-term goals. Eating challenges are dumb.
@@Gymbuds you said he's giving amazing advice what you could do in the gym, Jamie an internet generation bodybuilder, basically that means that all the advice they get is from the internet so around 80% rubbish
For a WSM, with no professional bodybuilding training, Eddie's determination in conquering such an intense workout is nothing short of Herculean in his efforts! Way to go, Eddie! 💪
The problem he has is that after all those years of strongman, his body is set in a shape designed for strongman. The size really isn't the issue for him. It's the muscle bellies, definition, being lean enough and having the "muscle maturity."
I like him but his waist is ruined for life because of strogman + hgh. Big waist = no go in bodybuilding. You want a small waist and wide shoulders. Genetic for the most part.

Having watched the episodes with Christian I really think you should see if he's up for prepping together, his honesty and experience will help you with the weight loss you're going to have to achieve and he seems to be a really compatible training partner.
It’s been really tough getting back into the gym and battling back into it after ACL/Meniscus surgery. I watch your videos and I find so much motivation in getting back into it and getting stronger. You’re a huge motivator out there for people like me. Just wanted to tell you thank you more than you’ll ever know!
I had an ACL repair 2.5 years ago. Honestly, the best thing for it after surpassing the 9-month post-surgical healing phase has been simply doing whatever I want with it as if it never happened. I've even been doing Muay Thai with it.
said in the video with him training legs that he wasn't the greatest training partner from my perspective, why what the hell is the point of overloading side delts and your front delts you get a lot activation of your front delts when you doing your chest your side delts if done right get a lot activation squatting and back training only need one exercise for the front and one for the side if you really want big boulder shoulders you need to shoulder pressing exercises and where is the Trap stimulation , you not build upper and lower traps with this work. it was same with training advice for hamstrings half reps and no hip lumbar bend
I love the videos with Jamie. He is such a humble guy and you can tell how much passion he has and how he enjoys sharing his knowledge. Probably because he is just as curious as we are about how this Bodybuilding journey is gonna turn out for you. Keep it up, BEAST!
You can genuinely tell he is thinking about the training style and difference in training, its very apparent on the shoulder press machine, sure he is still just throwing the weight around instead of controlling and getting the proper time under tension but you can see him not fully locking out but coming close like jesse james taught him, class 💪👍
What I'm really curious about is whether or not he'll manage to get really lean, and if so, how that'll look. He's not been lean since about 2011, and going beyond that and getting shredded like you have to for a comp, now that's new territory for him.
@@ct812 If he was just fat I could see keeping calories high and building muscle, but this is Eddie hall we’re talking about. He absolutely does not need to gain 30 pounds to then just cut it.
Honestly Eddie and Jamie these training videos are awesome, for someone just starting to get into working out, the knowledge you guys are passing on is brilliant. Really helps a novice plan their gym sessions for the various muscle groups. Awesome work, keep them coming 🙌💪
loving these videos Eddie bro these is super informative im learning a ton and immediately implementing into my own routine appreciate you and shout out to you and Jamie 🔥🔥
Can tell how proud Eddie is of Max! If training is something he wants to do he’s got the genetics to do great things. All the while setting up an empire! Good job Eddie. Also gonna incorporate the shoulder blaster at the end into my sessions, I’m gonna die. 😂👌🏻
Been going gym for a couple months now and seen decent improvements. But these routines with jamie ive started following them and never felt pumps this crazy. Keep up the content, its helped so much and hopefully one day ill get as big as you guys😅
Just remember these guys have been training for years. As a newbie you won’t need anywhere near that much volume to grow. You want to be able to add progression as you grow. If you start off doing that much you risk injury and will find it hard to keep progressing re volume. Good luck, have fun.
@@shawnhake6115 yeah i know. Obviously not lifting as much as them just doing the routine with weights im comfortable with but give me a massive pump. Ill get there one day. Just gotta stay focused

Another great knowledge and entertaining video! One question Eddie, will you be making a video with what your bulking diet is like and if it differs to when you were bulking for strongman ?
I wish I had someone like Eddie Hall as my training partner in my teenage age in 90's i would love showing him how to train like a bodybuilder and he could help mewith getting stronger
all of your guests seem to be so supportive with your son and treating him like another workout partner. its fuckin amazing!
