Rejection is painful. And there is only one way to learn how to cope with rejection: the way Lincoln did it. By failing, getting up and trying again. He finally succeeded when he won the election as the Republican candidate for the Presidency. Even then Lincoln was hated by half the population as a traitor for lifting the slaves from their servitude the very act for which we honor him. Not bad for a man who failed at ALMOST everything he attempted.
The only way to learn rejection is to seek success and fail, to keep trying over and over until rejection no longer hurts. Rejection is a step on the road to success.
I was fired from my first few jobs. In retrospect, I was not suited to those jobs. Getting fired was the best thing that could have happened. Because I went back to school and then got better jobs more suited to me.
When a door closes, look for another door, or even a window. Hey, you may find a window is better for you than a door.

While others are asleep, I'm here crying almost every evening wondering what I've done wrong? When will I get a break through? You see, after graduating with an MPH degree, one will think things are looking good for me. I'm currently unemployed and I've been for 2years now. Applied for 100s or is it 1000s (God knows I've lost count) of job positions and been rejected. I'm now used to being rejected and I tell myself, something better is on the way for me. Life is not fair and it will humble you quickly. What I'm experiencing from family and so called "friends" due to my financial struggles, has been an eye opener. I'm being mocked, disrespected and made fun of, just because I don't have money. Unfortunately we now live in a world where people take delight in your despair, struggles. It's so easy to go into depression but with God's grace I won't let that happen. I believe in me and know that timing is everything. All I ask from the universe to please let my mum live a long life to enjoy the fruits of her labor. Great topic and hope it encourages those going through tough times at the moment.

1. Rejection from family and friends having to do with my goals and vision for myself.
2. I won't reduce the chances of it happening, I have to do me, be humble about it, but still do it. I have to not care about rejection.
3. I have to make sure I'm headstrong and know that rejection is part of the process. It will always be part of the process.

1. The biggest rejection I'm afraid of right now is that I won't be well received by my music industry peers.
2. I'm going to prepare for it to reduce the chances of it happening be being prepared in skill, accuracy, promptness, aesthetic & flexibility.
3. If it does happen I'll prepare for it by resetting how I feel about it and work on ways to move on to the next great opportunity.

I think that's so important a concept that rejection actually steers you forward towards achieving your goals. Because a lot of times you're stopping short of achieving true success and the universe knows it and stops you with rejection so that you realign yourself in the right direction. Although that's not to say you shouldn't keep trying the same thing over and over again because some times that does work too. Hence, the saying "three times a charm" or maybe a hundred time's a charm. Note: True Achievement is not selling out but standing up for your beliefs through it all.

1. The biggest rejection that I am afraid right now is people will not like my writing style. 2. The way I will be prepared for it is to mindset myself that it is out of my control if people like it or not. 3. I learnt handling rejection at the age of 12, I used to play basketball earlier, met with an accident, so i was not included anywhere after my recovery was mde. n 3 years back i was told that my Jersey number,15. is never been used. cuz the team thinks that there cant be anyone else who deserves to where that number than me. So it does came out great. just have patience n believe in yourself

This is great I like these core habit topics that allows the other habits to develop. Without these we can't cope and maintain that energy to push. Strangely if we master this art of handling rejection, avoiding over thinking, the situation looks soooomuch different.

Rejection is everywhere
I was reject and it was the best things happened to me.Rejection message have 3 message, Yes, No or I have something better.Rejection could be a blessing in disquise.
What is important is how with rejection? when I'm was beat up, the only thing that keep me going,I'am thinking it is not me 😇😇😇😇😇 I love negative words turning it to be a positive outcome. The more I got rejected the more I can see my purpose my life. Rejection is part of GAME!!!

All my life so far has been rejection. In sooo many ways. I dont have friends or family... its all fake. Yet... i believe in myself. One day soon when i get closer to my star all this people will say they met me and tell they were my friends or related to be... that will be very funny to hear... i camt wait lol... at the end i just want to reach my star and illuminate others... they can keep starring and laughing... im ok with that.

Sir it's the worst thing that I'm going through. A great relationship of 2 years has ended with her not giving a damn about anything anymore. I've 147 days left for an examination that will decide my career and life and it's the toughest exam in my country. I'm not able to pick myself up from rock bottom. My confidence, esteem...Everything is zero and I'm not able to forget her and our memories. HELP please..
