Hmmm… during pairing via the app, I got an error message to say not supported in my region… then the English screen reverted to Chinese… tried to re pair, message tells me to reset device to factory settings but I can’t read chinese and the wAke up screen looks like it’s in some kind of tool mode… no options to scroll through… can you help at all?
