- here is the simple way to fix a dead MI Band 3 or 4 or 5. there is no reset option available either as hw pin in band or in the mifit. watch the video to know how to fix.

Bro U R like god for me, my band was suddenly dead, I feel heart broken becouse every night after work i do cycling for 22km to visit my favourite River side spot that time I always carry, band 4, bluetooth headphone, headphone suddenly not working too but I have alternative but band 4 I don't have, normally when my things not working I will happy becouse time to purchase new one but due to covid-19 I lost my income and not able to purchase new band near future. after you video my band start working. thank you very much bro....🙏🙏🙏

but i dont have any hairdryer
so i put my band in plastic bag, put in cup, pour hot water
i leave it there until the water turn to room tempeture
then i charge it the whole day
it alive now

Thank U! This will help with my Band5 to, the problem was: i done a restart on the phone and the band to,to be syncronized again, but the band just do me 4 random dots on its screen. (Looks like its broken or dead display,but in this case this trick is the cheapest way for self repair)

@@aisahali9023 Just follow the intructions in the video,and it will be fine, from the accour of this issue I never restart the band itself, just the phone. And I always check the connection with the app on phone

This did not work for me because when I tried to unpair, the screen still remained blank. However, I read one comment here that says to blowdry the band for 3-6 minutes then charge it overnight. It really worked! I'm so happy that my Mi band 4 came back to life 🥰 Thank youuuu and I hope this helps others too

How was your m6 now? Coz i followed what u just did, i also tried to blowdry my smartband and magically it worked but sadly after almost 30mins it became blank again. So i tried blowdrying it again but unfortunately it never came back, still has no display. The display never came back. Huhuhuhuhuhu 😭 can someone help me.?

@@lesleycolina9360 the display still works but the problem is that the battery gets drained instantly in like 30 minutes after full charge so RIP Mi band 4 (I guess the moral lesson for me is to never lose the charger XD)

Thnx the screen was stuck. I unpaired it and it started working. But now the screen can not be ticked. Pair message comes up but doesn't work when I touch the screen

But you can use hot hair dryer for 3 to 6 minutes , and leave band for the cool and let's plug in the charger , thanks me later

After unpairing I can't pair mine again.. I put the charger on and I keeps displaying fully charged. When I remove the charger it will disconnect on my Bluetooth

@@deepalimehra4886 I have not, i am sorry. I have actually bought a ticwatch e3 that I use instead. For me THE Steps dont count on THE ticwatch e3. But i Guess i am just unlucky.

@@deepalimehra4886 ya tried to freeze it on the fridge and blow it using hairdryer but it didn’t solve the problem, I guess I will open it up and see if the wiring loosen or other possible cause on the inside.

@@batterybala7791 there is no backlight, mi bands use oled screen, if that's the case. Then the screen connectors are dead
