- Families of the victims of the Uvalde school shooting two years ago have filed new lawsuits against a gun company and the maker of the video game, "Call of Duty." They're also suing a social media giant.

They are suing a video game company instead of the police that sat for 45 minutes listening to the gunshots and screaming?

There's no legal ground to stand on against Daniel Defense or Activision. Activision needs to answer for a lot, but causing violence isnt it.
They should sue the sun for the light the shooter used to see.
Disgusting. If you're gonna sue the gun manufacturer and call of duty, why not sue the car brand they drove there too?

Because cops got connection to DAs that activison doesn’t when I was 6 7 years old old call of duty came out it was amazing it was like learning world history threw a video but if these parents feel that these video game companies should pay them for this ideology that guns and video games play a role in a large mass shooting that’s not up to us it’s up to the Chicano raza

This is very sad I feel like the parents are just trying to take out the frustration on anybody they can and what's making it worse is what if the same companies sued the parents for not giving the kids situational awareness
All about the money. If you can't get money from the suspect, you go after the gun manufacturers. If you crash into my car, we sue the brand of car. Cars kill more people per year than guns. Sue all car manufacturers... YOU SEE HOW STUPID THAT SOUNDS.
This happens every day in poor countries, some of which don't have access to said things they are blaming it on. The problem here is that we are a developed country with the means to solve these issues but chose to ignore it by shutting down mental institutions and shifting the blame.

@@vectorphoenix5992 this actually started way back in the 90s when we had a drunk drivers and they started suing bars for getting the drivers drunk. It's not being responsible for your own actions. And the old lady from McDonald's that spilled the hot coffee in her lap.

I'm sorry for what they're going through, but suing a video game company, meta, and the rifle manufacturing is going to lead nowhere. Financial loss is going painful.
