I've got the 187 dpt knife center exclusive in s90v with the black PVD coated blade. The reason I went with the coated blade is because I want to mirror polish just the tanto flat ground tip and leave the rest of the blade black. Do you happen to know someone that could do the mirror polish for me? If so that would be extremely helpful.
My Midi Slim what’ve fine with washer instead of bearings. The action would be the same or better. Mine has no broken in - its still firm as hell.
First time I have ever seen anyone do this. I'm certain I don't want a dress marauder now!

Great comparisons, I think the Marauders are the best looking model Medford offers.They look both form and function. Is there specific model you carry more than others?
Damen0530 our if the Marauders I would say I carry the Midi the most.
Dirk Werning it looks like a good blend of strength and easy on the pocket. Surprisingly the Midi is usually available on the secondary market as well, at descent prices too...

Can you get a four finger grip on the dress?
bladecentered yes if you choke up and put your index finger in the finger choile. Normal grip is like 3.25 finger grip.

Is the the Marauder H the same thickness on handle and blade stock as an On-Belay? Appears to be.
rothnroll123 yes the H and OnBelay are the same thicknesses. I’ll do an OnBelay video in a few days for ya.
I like the size of the Onbelay. I think I actually might like the Full Size Marauder the best. My current knife is the Fighter Flipper. I like it.
Where would you steer a non Medford guy to not scare him off the brand but still experience the "Medford" feel?
John J. Baranski one of my very good friends (yes friend as I’ve met him in person a number of times and we talk A LOT) is one of the largest Medford dealers. His name is Jake and goes by The Medford Guy. He is a down to earth guy that will take the time to answer your questions and treat you like a person not a number.

John J. Baranski I think the Colonial model gets you the Medford feel and action you hear about. For me it was the first model where I had that “Aha “ moment. Not too big and not to small...IMO.
Damen0530 the Colonial is also a great one.
So basically ... Dress > "keep the thickness, increase the length" = Slim Midi > "keep the length, increase the thickness" = Midi > "keep the thickness, increase the length" = Marauder H > "keep the length, increase the thickness" = Marauder > "keep the thickness, increase the length" ..... maybe someday
Insane. Not even considering the advanced materials which are readily available, The .125 is already pushing it. If they made the larger knives in that thickness, they'd almost be reasonable. Sharpened pry bars are very dumb. Especially when they clearly get used for nothing more taxing than opening some mail.
What even is the point of using a decent toughness powder steel if you're going to make a sharpened pry bar?

This is late. I have held both I like the marauder more. The praetorian is nice and all but the marauder is in my opinion one of the top 3 knives from Medford
