Congratulations on 10k subscribers. Thank you for the opportunity to win such a beautiful knife. I love and use my knives all the time. I have budget knives and higher end knives and use them all. I enjoy taking care of them, disassembling, cleaning and sharpening them. It is therapeutic. To be honest i would be nervous owning that knife and using it, but such great workmanship does not deserve to just be displayed. I have not been subscribed for very long but have enjoyed watching you and Alex when i can catch the live. Hard to recommend someone specific, but i think anyone regularly in the knife community would be well deserving of that knife. Thanks again for such an awesome knife giveaway. Hello Dirk. I am fairly new in the knife world. This is an incredible giveaway. I love seeing the unique pieces you have on the channel. Thank you for keeping things interesting. My interest in knives started with finding a Kershaw Leek in a parking lot. I carried it for a few weeks using it until the edge was no longer usable. I then began asking the question: What makes a good knife? You tube was quite helpful in spending many thousands of dollars trying to answer that question. I am still trying to figure it out. I don't know if I deserve it or not but I will absolutely love it for life....Cool story for me was to see my Mini Opiate on your channel...which normally has stuff well out of my range including the stunning custom version of the same knife....Seeing you handle and check out something I modded myself was very cool to see...

I just hope that the one who wins it is at least a 2-3 year fllower. What can I say my friend that you dont already know. I'd love to have it cause its gorgeous, cause I ried to get on from TJ and because of that temper of his, I skipped on it, cause I'm not only one osf the oldest followers but an honest an loyal supporter, cause it excites me just to think of using such a beautiful tool in daily activities moreover coming from a 10K giveaway from a friend. This would be a first for me and my country and would be of great content in both languages, which has really slowed down cause of lack of motivation and other stuff. But most importantly cause its a gorgeous piece coming from a friend and a great channel.

The color fade is cool but I can't stand knives that only focus on the"show side". They always feel unfinished to me, just a personal thing.

Such a beautiful piece of craftsmanship that Fischer has made for you. This would definatly find its way into my pocket on a regular basis and rotate it with my Cold Steel AD10 and 4 Max. Every knife made wishes to fulfill its purpose and be used by someone, just hope whomever wins it will use it as the tool that it is and was designed for. This one's pretty cool. Never heard of them before. Definitely wish it was on bearings and got rid of the chisel grind.

Every knife out there wishes to be used and fulfill its purpose as a tool that was meant to be used. Some edc items i carry never changes, but I do try to rotate through most of my knives. Things that never change are my Leatherman Surge (4 yrs) before that I carried a Gerber multi-tool daily for almost 30 years which fulfilled my usage needs at the time (the one with a USA patent number on the handle, and slide out pliers that you could flick open with one hand). Also a Gerber dime (4 yrs), carabiner keychain knife 3" 7Cr half serrated blade liner lock that gets used on stuff that I know will wreck the edge like drywall fir instance (9 yrs), titanium whistle fero rod combo, Gerber shard, Rovyvon A3 flashlight (3yrs) along with my keys. In my front left pocket is my wallet and Cold Steel AD10 or 4Max Scout (one or the other for the last 3 years) the slicey knife in my front right pocket I rotate through constantly along with a 5th pocket one as well. Also Carry an EDC fixed blade that gets rotated through frequently. So overall some of my carry never changes and some of it changes daily just what I've found works for me. Now if I'm going into the woods on a hiking or camping trip my loadout changes entirely. Just a system that ive found that works for me on a daily basis. Some I could probably do without like the 5th pocket, while others I would feel lost without them like the multitool. Thanks for the great vid and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable.

That's exactly what I thought about Emerson alike. I don't like chisel grind blades. The knife definitely looks like a hard user.

Shears and cutter for different situations. That's why there are Leatherman Raptor and SOG ParaShears.

The saw back coupd be used to make small notches to help hold cordage in place. Just be sure to clean it before retracting the blade. I'd love to get my hands on an Interceptor blade but all the ones on sites that will ship to me here in CA are $1,000+

I thought it was just ok until I saw the chisel grind and harpoon 😮 It's surprising how confident you are about the one knife you would keep out of your whole collection. Most people have a hard time answering that and are kind of wishy washy even if they can decide on just one.

Why would a maker choose teflon washers on purpose? Obviously this maker has the skill and equipment to make his own bronze bushings. Why didn't he?

I'm finding I prefer to have a backspacer. Incase I put anything else in my pocket it doesn't damage the edge. Ive put a mirror polished edge on and chipped it the same day😒

Those grinds are awesome!!! Never heard of this maker…would definitely look into them…..this knife would make an awesome user…I don’t like the front flipper…the handles bottom part reminds me of strider knives…overall it’s a cool knife!!!

Looks like a good user. Kinda feels like it’s 80% done though (stiff action, pocket clip placement, blade grind, etc). I’m digging the looks of it though.
