I appreciate your concern at this question. What would be the cost of appeal at supreme court. Lawyers fees + court processing fees amounting several lakhs. Even any one win the case in supreme court, will loose money if not also money is lost. Moreover what may be the time taken to disposal. In my opinion judiciary is not for common man.
