Very good description mate. I'm fitting the mine soon but I want to get a connector the same as the Yamaha type so I can put it back to stock for selling.
Nice instructional. Shame the cables are just flapping around in the wind. I’d like to see a neat solution for the cables between the indicators and numberplate light and the seat unit.
Thanks very much for watching and taking the time to comment. You have reminded me, I need to add a line of text about the wires! The kit comes with a few cable ties which you can use to hold the wires to the tail tidy to keep them secure and out the way. I just forgot to record that clip unfortunately!
Nice to see you got your bike fixed up after the mudslide, did the farmer compensate you? the tail tidy is so much better looking than the stock one. I have a Tracer 700, hoping to upgrade to the 2018- 900 or the GT when it arrives. Not sure about the gold forks.

Looks great and very useful , I had the Yamaha one fitted on a service !!!!!!! as I don't very often use the panniers, I was very upset to find out they did not fit with the new tail tidy......even with small indicators. Do your panniers fit ??? Cheers Paul.
