Union Pacific 3985 From Railway Productions. A UP FEF 4-8-4 should berestored & donated to oregon.

I’m Watching this because there are FEF Sister Steam Locomotives of the UP 844. I am looking into having the states of Utah and Wyoming donate one of them to The City of Portland Oregon. We should donate a couple Big Boy Locomotives and 2 Challenger locomotives to Oregon and convert them into oil burning locomotives.
