I think you use an iPhone to record the video, and assuming you do, when you are about to start recording, push the switch that’s next to the volume buttons on the side of your phone to show orange. That will silence your notifications, and you can push the switch to get the sounds back after you’re done.

Great house, love the layout. 1 major negative/letdown is no large covered patio in what could be a great backyard.
