Thanks for this vid and highlighting the roads we'll be experiencing.Two of us are venturing up Norf ( from Bristol/ Essex )in May,staying in Masham with one day touring towards Whitby zig- zagging over the Moor roads.Safe riding Richard Bristol ( 500CBX).
i'll deffo watch this later, i love the roads round here and ride them as often as i can. i've never done the road from stokesley to castleton though, but it's on a planned route, although the road from castleton to rosedale is great, btw If you've never done it, my favourite route of all time that i first did in the 70's cycling is not too far from there, it's the helmsley-cockayne-fadmoor (and beyond) road that i always take in, there's virtually no traffic and on a sunny day expecially shows the moors off at its spectactlar best.
