I made these a couple weeks ago with sausage and they are delicious. My daughter is picky and she devoured these. She dipped them in ranch!🤤

Had to laugh when you talked to Alexa. I am getting ice machine also. My daughter got one from amazon. After hearing on tv about the cleanliness of drink machines at restaurants...will never have ice maker in fridge and I try to get drinks without ice. Daughter took it camping....glaming...lol. Great for parties...I want to use with my zero water! I have reflux/Barrett's esophagus. Actually..since doing keto...less problems with reflux and esophagus! Thank you for sharing!! I am a keto grandmom ..granddaughters are grown. You all are inspiring!!

I can’t wait to make these! My husband was getting so frustrated with my because I wanted Sonic ice all the time (almost daily). He bought me an Opal ice maker that sits on our counter. It’s better than Sonic ice! I totally recommend it! We’ve had it for about 2 years. It’s pricy but well worth it!

We have a counter top ice maker Insignia brand from Best Buy. It's about a year old, no troubles at all so far, and we love it. Be aware that these type of ice makers are not freezers, they do not keep the ice cold once it is made. You have to empty the ice holder into your freezer. That being said, we just wait till the holder is full, then empty it. I did a lot of research before purchasing, and would happily buy the same one again.

A tip for ice...in the evening (when the demand is low) put ice into baggies or an ice bucket and replenish each night before bed. Depending on your fridge, it may take a day or two to build up a decent stash but, it can save you the expense of buying a counter model.

Hi thank you for this recipe I will definitely be making these! Also to answer your question, we do own a countertop ice maker identical to this one on amazon....
    www.amazon.com/Frigidaire-EFIC101-BLACK-Ice-Maker-Day/dp/B00KC8Y2ZE/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?keywords=ice+makers+countertop&qid=1566048023&s=gateway&sprefix=ice+maker&sr=8-11
We have had it for two years and I absolutely LOVE it!! I wouldn’t be without one. We leave ours right beside the sink so it’s easy to fill with water and we are a family of two but ours is in constant use. We don’t bag the ice we just leave it in the ice maker and it will eventually thaw out if not used within a certain period of time but that’s no problem because then the water just goes back into the place where you add water to begin with and it will make more ice. I personally think it’s better to run it constantly so it keeps everything cycling through which I would think would help inhibit any chance of mold growing inside. It’s when the machine is turned off and if it’s not completely emptied mold can grow inside and then forget it, I can’t imagine how you would ever get it out of the tubing etc that’s inside. All I do to clean mine is empty out the water add pure vinegar and make a batch or two of vinegar ice cubes then toss those out and wipe the inside with paper towels and then add fresh water and the first couple of batches you will want to toss out because they will have a vinegar taste to them and after that you have nice ice cubes. This particular model has two sizes to pick from which I like especially if I want to add ice to water bottles with narrow necks. We have already discussed if this one breaks we will be immediately replacing it. We got ours on an end of summer sale, and paid half price which was a steal! I think this would work well for you except you will have to train each person that uses it to remember when they take ice to check if it’s going to need more water. It does have an add water light but we find if we keep an eye on it, that works better so we always have ice when we want it. Even if we have to add water when the light is on it only takes a few mins for a full cycle for ice to be made. We have not taken ours on a trip but it would be perfect if going camping or boating. We love our little ice maker! They have a heavy duty model for a few dollars more and for a larger family you may want to consider....
    www.amazon.com/Frigidaire-EFIC103-Machine-Icemaker-Stainless/dp/B004VV8GOQ/ref=pd_aw_sbs_265_3/135-2419443-3159713?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B004VV8GOQ&pd_rd_r=a3cefaac-21c6-421c-8236-23bdd74c96d6&pd_rd_w=0dNme&pd_rd_wg=UwSld&pf_rd_p=3861f3e6-3054-41ac-9570-6a1994716f7e&pf_rd_r=228H7HGSWJF8YHHADXZ5&psc=1&refRID=228H7HGSWJF8YHHADXZ5
