    I did those only at 9the month ...my delivery was super quick and easy..within 15 min I delivered my 1st baby now I'm 9and half month with 2nd baby and doing it 🤞

      Twice a day endha time venaalum panlaam but follow same timing everyday for better results and doing before or after food is not important but if ur doing exercise after food, so do it aleast 3 hours after food intake
