- A Day To Remember - Since You Been Gone drum cover. My first cover of a cover! I love metal covers of pop songs and this song is just awesome. The quad bass beats were so much fun to play and the chorus/verse/bridge carry so much energy and power, making it an epic recording session. I recently purchased new pedal beaters and am loving the improved sound and feel I get from my bass drum. Make sure to watch the foot cam in this video to see all of the awesome double pedal work involved in the cover. Audio recorded using my Presonus Studiolive 16.0.2 mixer and edited on Garageband. It's not just about the looks though, your drumming has developed significantly! Looking at the older vids, i feel like i have a similar technique right now. Guess i'm on the right track!

I learned speed and double bass - something I should really work on more honestly - just by practicing along with songs/improvising. Thanks man, good luck with your drumming!
