I love how this channel shows how prison can be a stepping stone to a person's true calling. If I hadnt been sentenced I would have died on the streets and never would have found the passions that allow me to be a productive member of society. i hope that someday I can help people that have fallen into the same path that I did. I found you on tiktok and am happy to watch you here...my son has been in and out of jail and prison since hes been 17 and now he's 32. I discovered both of you recently. I've never been arrested but I'm surprised I never was because of situations I found myself in. I had a rollercoaster of an upbringing and lost a lot of people I loved and many in tragic ways. I ran with quite the crowd too. I dated somebody who was in and out of jail and had lots of friends who were, and still are too. It's interesting hearing your stories. People may have their negative comments but as a person who saw it all and sees it now, I do believe there are people who are capable of change ❤️

I don't claim my parents as addicts because they used drugs a few times in the 1960's.

If there would be any prisoner who deserves to be pardoned it would be this guy. Even though he had a violent gun crime, he did everything he could to show, through his actions, that he was constantly attempting to reform himself.

They wanted to make an example out of him. And that's wrong. They all did the same crimes they should have been punished the same. Jesse didn't even try to strike a deal, he was taking full accountability for his actions. That's what's wrong with the system. It should be those that show remorse and take accountability, should be taken into consideration.
I heard Jesse was on your show, I kept looking through the thumbnails and could not find him. I realized he shaved his head. Much better look for him!

So they gave him 32 years which he felt was a lot. But from the sound of it he shot at these guys and hit them? So they saw it as attempted murder? I know he shot at them but it does sound like he almost killed at least one. Which makes sense why it was so many years. I know most states hold kidnapping at a high crime so kidnapping, attempted murder, gun use, illegal gun use, sounds like 32 years kind of fits? But he did get out after 19.

I would love to see 1 of them (or both) on EOS (End of Sentence) youtube podcast/chat. EOS pulls all paperwork and knows the who-to-know people.
If, they are willing to do this, this channel would grow easily to 1 million subscribers (if everything checks out with their stories).
No one has to prove anything to you. Who's the most "hardened criminal " is not a dick swinging contest or something to be proud of. At least these guys are putting some positive energy out into the world, and have managed to build a future after doing their time. Can't you just be happy for them?
