this should have hundreds of thousands of views!
this info was so good and concise thank you so much.
I spent maybe an hour looking on google trying to parse some studies and like you said they seemed contradictory.

I've been using marijuana (vape) for over three years to sleep and I love it. I don't wake up stoned or groggy since I typically sleep 9 hours or so. I found it much better than using alcohol to sleep. Alcohol would have me peeing every 2 or 3 hours in the middle of the night.

I've always had trouble sleeping and even tried different techniques. Until I started taking gummies I would feel rested and never woke up stoned considering I would take it around 8 and sleep by 11 or 12. Mind you I'm used to sleeping at 2 am + lol

@@LuLzezRoflcopter Very true. Moderation is the key. One or two hits of the pen or two beers typically.

So here is the thing. I used weed to help me sleep daily as well. Usually sleep for 9 to 10 hours and I sleep like a baby. I stopped weed for 1 month due to travel and realized my body only need like 6 to 7 hours but I think weed disrupt sleep so I need to sleep longer to make up for it. I stopped completely and never looked back. I sleep fine now and realized I wasn't getting enough excerise so I was suffering

I use a tincture every night and it helps me sleep so well. Low-dose THC/High CBD or CBD is the key.

After a long period of smoking, cannabis seriously disrupts my sleep now to the point where I’ve had to give it up. Was waking up more tired than before I went to sleep and my eyes looked like I hadn’t slept for months.

We welcome the first indications from the world-first study that medicinal cannabis can benefit people with insomnia. For me, I would go outdoors and exercise during the day and eat healthy Mediterranean diet rich in omega 3 fats and whole foods. Thanks for the informative and the very helpful video Dr. Michael!👋👍

I use the THC/CBN extract in 10mg gummy dose. I do not smoke anything. Just use one gummy at bedtime. Too much will cause a bad effect for me. So, I use a small amount at bedtime.

This HEAVILY depends on the person. I've ALWAYS had massive sleep problems, I've used pretty much every OTC and natural remedy one can find, to very limited success. Over the last couple years I've been using cannabis to help and it has changed things significantly. The biggest thing is not overdoing it, or the morning fog is very evident, but even then, after it goes away I am much more rested than if I hadn't. D8/HHC + CBN + CBN is much better for actual sleep than D9, to me. There are a lot more cannabinoids in the flower than just THC.

Could one of the reasons be why I wake up in the middle of the night a bit sweaty and have a heavy anxiety feeling is that from low blood sugar I ask this because if I eat a few berries and a little raw honey it helps me fall back asleep and feel calm along with a little thc from vape

Is it possible to look at the difference in smoking Hasheesh compared to ‘bud’ normal Marijuana? Is there a difference generally or is the effect much the same?

i eat a little bud each night at 6pm (about the size of my little pinky nail ) I get the physical calming effects without too much of a head buzz. And I don't wake up groggy. However, if you eat to much it really sends you to cloud 9. Got to start small first

Or just try to thug it out if you can, you'll be able to sleep again

100% definitely. It ruined my sleep! I never got a decent night's sleep, next to no deep/REM sleep and always woke up feeling like i hadn't really slept at all. Three weeks clean after smoking every day for thirty years. Slowly starting to feel a little better but still not great, i fear it'll take a really long time to get fully back on track.

This guy spoke for 5 minutes and basically said nothing. The medical community has been caught 'flat-footed' on this one and is desperately trying to establish control over cannabis. Their problem is they are treating cannabis as a drug when in fact it is a plant with hundreds of variables depending on the strain. Experiment with cannabis and find solutions. Avoid people who are merely trying to exploit serious issues like this one!!!!
