And best of all our 14 year son got so exited that he is the one preparing the bread for the entire family. thanks for sharing. you are doing an amazing job in your channel!

Bruno, I made this bread but shaped them into hamburger buns. They turned out pretty amazing. I did use my stand mixer but I think next time I will make them by hand as the dough was over 72 degrees. I ended up making two batches as I used milk instead of powdered milk in the first batch. I had to adjust the flour for the milk. Thanks for the recipe.
