    Bruno, I followed this and the results are just awesome, in fact we started baking our own bread at home, no more super market, plastic bag packaged bread again. And best of all our 14 year son got so exited that he is the one preparing the bread for the entire family. thanks for sharing. you are doing an amazing job in your channel!

    Totally made these yesterday. They are all gone minus a half a bun. :). My 6, and 4 year old each gobbled down one for lunch today. Totally remind me of the Swiss "weggli". Thank you so much for sharing!

    Bonjour Bruno ! j'ai vu 30g de levure de boulanger.Mais ce n'est pas beaucoup ? Les autres recettes disent 14g au 500g.Je parle de la levure boulangère en cube du boulanger avec son odeur un peu...et sa couleur grise-chair claire.
    J'aimerais bien faire la recette demain !

    Bruno, I made this bread but shaped them into hamburger buns. They turned out pretty amazing. I did use my stand mixer but I think next time I will make them by hand as the dough was over 72 degrees. I ended up making two batches as I used milk instead of powdered milk in the first batch. I had to adjust the flour for the milk. Thanks for the recipe.

    you know what you should do.....do a video where you show us how to knead the dough the way you do....its so fast that i cant see how you are shaping the initial balls after the first rise. that would be cool to know for all of us who dont have professional skills.

    I totally agree. When I make my nut roll at Christmas I never use a dough mixer. Gotta feel that dough.

    I bake Pain Viennois often. the kids love it and it makes a great lunch for them and hubby. I always use half of the dough and add chocolate chips to make smaller ones. Great snack with some fruit. love all your videos. greetings from Germany.

    Hi, as I cannot use my hands in kneading for medical reasons , can I use the stand mixer instead for making the Vienna bread and would it make a difference ? Thank you.

I injured both my hands at work and so all I can do is study your video and watch your excellent presentation!!! I am healing but I never knew how difficult it is to roll dough with injured hands.....very painful!!!! Thanks for another awesome Video!!!! Your success at breadmaking is also Humanity's success!!!

    I made this today , it is amazing. My crust was a bit hard is it because the oven was too hot or it could of been the kneading? either which it is amazing

    Recipe is awesome just made some yesterday, personally next time I'll cut down on the salt and had to add about 2 Tbs of water but other than I found me my new favorite bun. Thank you Mr. Albouze

    I made this and it turned out great. I think that the salt was too much though, half a tablespoon would be better. Thank you for your recipe. :)
