Season 1-3 was the golden days for me. It was the most fun then

@@ChandranPrema123 Expensive? They have enough money to make 100 games at once and you telling me it's expensive? Also, what is wrong with campaign DLC? And why just one hour? Not to mention it can happen in each season so if it is 6 seasons that makes it 6 hours at least, and they CAN do it. Also, it is always better to Play the story rather than just watch it.
@@alialatrach9788 IMHO it less to do with it being expensive but more to do with the fact that most people don't really care for the campaign. They go straight to multiplayer, which is really a shame cause MW2019 had a fucking kickass campaign.
@@Barbaroossa I know, yet I still have hopes to see this one day. Now that some start demanding for the seasonal cutscenes to have playable missions, and many are more excited about Vanguard's campaign than online.
What's funny is COD's channel liked a comment that said that he is hyped for Vanguard's story and he is a campaign nerd

@@sartorialdriver6528 thats what happens when you force two separate storylines together. Cold War’s story was good enough on its own, but when put together with mw’s grittyness, and vanguard’s super hero crap, it just doesn’t work out at all.

Exactly man. The other day while the game was loading I panicked a lil and thought I turned on Vanguard instead of MW. They should stop this nonsense of showing other CODs when u wanna play a different COD game.

What I really love with MW's Post Campaign/Spec Ops/Warzone story was that they had intel in Spec Ops and Warzone that filled in the blanks of what happened between Spec Ops & Warzone as well as the cutscenes even intel on why the conflicts on the Multiplayer Maps were happening, it was nice that they tried to have everything connect so well. Cold War's Inclusion was going fine but the Zombies Inclusion at the end of MW's Verndansk was still fucked.
I think Infinity Ward will probably not count that in the timeline of the new MW series. Otherwise, that would be hilarious.
I think the Zombies part belongs to the Dark Aether storyline rather than the regular Warzone one.

@@matthewmspace I only consider it due to BO4's ending, and what Craig said, there's no multiverse now, only a singular universe and so far since MW, Cold War, and fucking Vanguard (sadly) are connected, I think Zombies is apart of it too unless they truly say otherwise.
@@HunterMKnight hey confirmed that all of it is connected and canon to each other in the new singular universe. They added Woods to MW19 Multiplayer and Price to BOCW Multiplayer to show that they are connected, but they prove it's all connected even further by showing Imrin Zakeeve in BOCW Campaign sitting next to Kravchenko, (sorry if I spelled their names wrong) and Vanguard's Campaign Ending with the Heroes reading some of the Nazi experiment files with one of them named "Aether" and even talking about bringing back the dead to life. Plus the Verdansk Zombie event shows that it is indeed canon to everything else. While I think it's cool that it's all canon and connected now it also complicates the story alot. It's also tricky for the writers of the stories to do their job meaning which they need to write a story that will work and fit with the new timeline, because if they screw up one thing it screws up everything else so they must be careful when making their new games, Vanguard is a perfect example. Vanguard had a decent story for their Multiplayer but after S2 it went completely the other way and went into the Fan Fic BS. So you can definitely only consider Vanguard Campaign and Zombies actually being a part of canon. (sadly)

i love how well written this story line was truly the golden days of warzone. i like that they were actually entertaining and felt like you were watching a movie rather than 20 seconds of a couple people talking that tells you almost nothing
I’m still confused what happens after the cold war intro cinematic cause we clearly see the Perseus soldiers Launch the missile but they never seem to mention it again
in the multiplayer that some opertars where there and stop the launch because the icbm gunfight map in cold war if you read the map story in custom games it will the persues ops are launching a missile and based off of the story and the map it seems that the US stopped the launch
If your talking about the Nuke Event cinematic it does say that took place in 2021 so maybe they'll go back to it when they release MW2

Great content felt very nostalgic! Having played through many of those cutscenes and gooning in Verdansk. Enjoyed both campaigns (MW 2019 and Cold War). So hyped for WZ.20 and DMZ, I hope IW continues expanding the story/lore like they did with 2019 and maybe make MW2 the starting point for continuity going forward?

Facts. For me I don’t even play the games anymore. Just like the little storylines. Only play cod when it first comes out. Do the story play a bit of the multiplayer then move on to new games

This Modern warfare is in a different universe so there might be different changes in future games

Modern Warfare 2019 has been connected to Black Ops Series, because Imran Zakhaev is appeared in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, So does Verdansk.
Modern Warfare is connected with World at War-Black Ops with BOCW and Vanguard will connect all WW2 COD games with WaW-Black Ops Universe
Verdansk didn't appear in Campaign of BOCW but since BOCW has Echoes of the Cold War which takes place at WMD.Since Summit is in Verdansk84 of Warzone.Yes

All of the MW seasons were peak Warzone to me. Cold War was alright. I think having new weapons was the only good thing about it. I don’t really need to explain Vanguard😂

I like how operators in each cinematic intro in Modern Warfare don't actually go full on one man army or show off their unbelievable superhuman strength. Can't say the same thing for Cold War, and Vanguard's even worse.

It's a shame that they advanced the storyline of Modern Warfare and Cold War with just seasonal cutscenes and no actual gameplay/DLC campaign missions. Like how did Alex manage to survive the gas and why is he not in MW2?
