Zach, I think your taste in what you want sonically out of any given circuit objectively encompasses a wide range of what most people find pleasing to hear and play. I believe that is the magic of your brand, and why you don't need gimmicky advertising to stay in business as a maker of "simpler" pedals. Please forgive my philosophical take lol
I realized that "fiddle too much, play too little" issue some times ago. So I opted for amp without EQ and ditched all EQ pedals and most of multimode/complicated pedals from my board. It makes me soo much happier, just plug in and play. And also the notion, that if it sound wrong, its me, not my gear. Very liberating.
Just wanted to say thanks for the cool gear and videos, love the positive vibes. I just ordered the Argonaut and the Cestus. I knew I wanted an octave pedal but wasn’t sure on the second. I had the Hephaestus in the cart then I watched this and that cleared things up. I still plan to get the Hephaestus but the cestus is more useful at the moment. I also picked up an HX50 a while back after watching a mythos video and hot damn, all I need now is a les Paul and I’ll be happier than I am now. If you have any sub 5K les Paul recommendations I’d love to hear about them. Thanks again and everyone have a fun weekend.
You can get so many great deals on used custom shops if you're patient. Anything from 2013 onward is REALLY solid. But you don't have to spend an arm and a leg for a great LP just have to go hunting! Thanks so much!
@@MythosPedals heck yeah! Thanks, that helps. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for that. What I know so far is that I like a 60s shape neck and that I do not like anything new that I’ve tried, the binding on the neck drives me nuts.
Yeah it’s on the to do list. Super annoying because you have to route the audio through a software mixer to get it to spit out all the right audio. Such a pain. We will fix it
I just know I’m going to end up buying this entire line. Everything sorts with each other so well.
