I have one in my Boss collection. Got it from a seller who didn't use it much. He just kept it in his cabinet. Forgot about it then one day found it again and sold it on eBay. I got lucky and saw it then bought it for a little more than a hundred bucks. It still has the original box and price tag from the 1980's. The seller had no idea how much was the value of the pedal. I asked him why he sold it for cheap when he can sell it for so much more. He said he just wanna get rid of it. Once i received the pedal, i opened the lid and saw the circuit board was in pristine condition. No sign of repairs or any tampering. The paintjob had only a few very minor chips on it. How lucky i got. And it sounds awesome the way a brand new overdrive pedal is supposed to sound. I paired it with some two, three, and four knob classic Boss chorus, flanger, phaser, and analog delay, plus a Boss noise gate pedal sometimes if i feel like it. It sits in my old Boss bcb6 pedalboard case with a Boss psm5 power supply and master switch pedal.. Perfect setup. I am so happy with it. I am an avid Boss pedal collector and I have a lot from different time periods when they came out. From old 79's to 80's to 90's up to the early 2000's. I also have a collection of Boss micro half rackmount units including the original rackmount and also an original 4 unit metal case and a custom made road case. These units are not just ear candy but eye candy as well. I love looking at them from behind my glass cabinet. 😆
