My brain can't even comprehend a modern remake of mgs 1 and 2 tbh. I was 5 when I played through mgs and I was 7 when I first played through mgs 2
I want that they made survival mechanics more interesting and more impactful to the game process, more difficulty options and custom tweaks like for "New game+"
Bro we're getting closer and I'm so hyped. So glad to see Mgs being resurrected
I wonder if the face paint will wash away or break down as u go through rain or tall grass and you would have to reapply the face paint back on if you want to or put on a different color on too!
My expectations are that the level design and placement of enemies will be the same. I expect damage to be tweaked to be more balanced, boss fights tk be chsnged to be more complex, and all the stuff theyve already shown.
What i want is for VR missions to be included. I want the radio calls to be presented in a more entertaining way.
Im not sure what to expect with the inventory. I feel like funcionally itll be like 4, but changing ehats equipped will be like V.

I just hope MGS Peace Walker gets remastered next if Konami is doing the chronological order before Solid Snake’s time
I want gameplay more akin to V. That gameplay was smooth as heck.
Also, I would like some side missions or a mode with some side stories that go completely off the rails like the side missions in Subsistence.
Lots of unlockable items, gear and costumes would be great.
Also, since this is Konami, why not do some crossover stuff? Like add a game plus and just insert some Konami characters as bosses and then make them unlockable in subsequent playthroughs. Like a boss battle with Bomberman, one of our vampire killing heroes, a Silent Hill character... Make it new in some way other than being a next gen version of MGS. Some of us played the hell out of that story already and that aspect isn't very exciting tbh.
I kinda hope they add more depth and details into the map and more ways to sneak around the areas or something like that!
Also they should have the items and weapons selection be more like TPP but with extra scrolls as you pick each section!
- no loading screens
- the same areas, but bigger
- the game design must be made for the new controls, dont make the same mistake that The Twin Snakes did
- please pleaaaase more and harder difficulty levels
- Snake vs Monkeys
- some bonus content
- more collectable items
- the Nightmare Mini game.
I want the MGS3 codecs to be like TPP. plus skippable codecs.
Wtf. Why do you want to ruin mgs
Konami if you make an MGS 2 Remake. Please change the one line from Liquid/Ocelot..where he says "Big Boss was in his late 50's" .cause its a mistake and it really bothers me ^^
It's good if they just remake the old one and improve the graphics.
Your suggestions I believe will all be in their, I do think for the time period and for aesthetics they could include codec calls now and again but jus for general updates and in game light nuggets I can see this. If you played days gone, I think it's gonna be lik that. I hope you work for Konomi or sum cause these suggestions are all things the fans actually care about
