As someone who has done Single Partner on TTYD (+Pit) using Goombella, I absolutely agree. She comes with "Power Bounce" as her first upgrade, and Rally Wink is simply giving Mario an extra turn, making him able to deal with enemies that Goombella couldn't compete against (such as spiked enemies for example). Flurrie's tankiness was one of the best saving graces I had in a gimmick run I did where I ran the shufflizer, and was not allowed to use heart blocks, shops, or inns at all, having to rely on field items, level ups, and sweet treat to survive. Lip lock keeps her healthy without having to rely on any items, which, going into the shadow queen, I had literally a single 20 HP healing item and the rest were FP. Really helped to see how good her survivability is compared to every other partner.

19:42 this is the first time ever that I see Flurrie's ultra rank move. Never bothered ranking her up because I thought she wasn't that useful in battle.
Vivian's Shade Fist and Mowz's Love Slap hit the same enemies, lol. Don't know why this keeps coming up. For me, Burn status is Vivian's "x factor" that cleanly ranks her above Bobbery (and is enough to justify a tier jump as well, at least personally); having it on a base move is really useful for certain strategies, and it being a side effect of Fiery Jinx isn't bad either.
@@jdaster64 Yeah, honestly, that’s the biggest difference of the two. Thing is… Flurry also hits ceiling enemies, so she’s STILL outclassed by someone else. As for Mowz, the only use I have for her is stealing badges. Which is nice. Somehow I ended up with four Happy Flowers in one run… let’s say I never had to worry about FP again
I'm more of a casual paper mario fan, but yoshi is my favorite partner mainly because I feel he has the funniest dialogue exchange in the entire game. Didn't know he is considered a top tier partner in terms of challenges so that's nice.
Bomb squad was my favorite ability playing this game casually. The fact you have to aim them carefully, they chain react together to do damage faster than by default, it's such a cool ability. If it scaled with damage it'd be great as an ability, but as is, it's at least pretty cool casually.
I feel like kiss thief would be good if the enemy items from stickerstar/Color splash were in this game. Like if kiss thief steals bones from dry bones or picks up shelled enemies to throw. And thered be a 2nd part to the action command to either store it in your pouch or use it immediately to be a damadge dealing move.
Based, honestly. More people should just use the character they like the most, fuck game balance, just over level and kill them all. Easy. (Warning, I have no clue how levels actually work in thousand year door, may not actually be easy or possible lol)
I think you two didn't account for non strategy runs with Bobbery and Vivian, and how good they are for those. They're brain dead damage dealers, and that's their strength. They are beginner tools for those who are looking for easy power, which makes them great for when you unlock them.
Ya, a lot of what they are saying is assuming you have the badges and that strategy. As a kid I went full defense with badges so those two had great wiping power for basic enemies.
Non strat runs actually moves around the tier list by a lot. Goombella goes from S to C if you don't bother to do strats... which is usually how we play the game the first time we play.
That was the thing I was confused about, they used the tiers assuming everyone knew all the best ways to strategize, when if a new player started playing, the tier list would likely be flipped for the most part.
@@elcato8126agree first time playing and I honestly lost interest in her once I got koops mostly cause I hate having to do a lot of jump attacks. I can now see why she is so useful though. Still ain’t gonna do it cause I kinda don’t like having to rely on peril too much
I agree a LOT with this. Flurrie is weird because I prefer killing enemies than “removing them” BUT it still gives you exp, so that’s nice. Ranked up Flurrie does 4 damage compared to Koops 3, but most people would complete chapter 2 BEFORE upgrading Flurrie. She’s an excellent tank with an immunity to “earth shaker” moves and lip lock. She’s the first partner that can hit ceiling foes. She also has a cool niche in Cortez phase 3 because she can permanently remove the weapons. Mowz…. I wish she was better. If ANYTHING I wish her trouble was available immediately after chapter 3. Because she kinda has a use there with piercing damage on hyper clefts and buzzy beetles…. But granted you could just use Mario and goombella.
Koops is the only companion who can accompany Mario into a restaurant without being kicked out for (partial) nudity. Considering what huge jerks the chefs tend to be in the Mario RPGs, that ain't nothing.
@@sawk1875 It doesn't. Just an observation on how Koops is the only fully-dressed companion you get in PM64/TTYD. Unless you want to count Goombella, but if shoes don't count as wearing a bottom for Starlow, it doesn't count for her, either.
I feel as though Ms. Mowz, despite being seemingly an afterthought, was meant to come across specifically as a tech choice. Goombella is similar, but she has multi-hit instead of piercing, and both otherwise function as primarily support (Tattling enemies and giving extra turns for Goombella, and literally all of her mish-mashed effects for Mowz). Which, of course, makes Goombella infinitely better. Outside of battle, Goombella exists for information and lore, whereas Mowz can locate treasure. If they stacked the supporting effects better, I feel Ms. Mowz could've been greatly improved, but as-is, she's a fun side character whose only usage is Kiss Thief and hunting panels
I realize that he's not very good, but I used to use Bobbery all the time, practically spamming Bomb Squad. Never used attack-increasing effects or badges because I wasn't the brightest, so Bomb Squad was relatively good, even. Like you said; he's very fun to use.
I actually had a playthrough once where I was able to Kiss Thief two P-up D-down Ps in the X-naut Fortress. It's basically the best hold you could ever get with Mowz. I used them to make all my partners OP for the end of the game, and in a Pit run after beating the game to make Flurrie basically invincible.
Now that we're getting a remake, I really hope the weaker partners get buffed with better powerscaling, FP costs and number adjustments, bug fixes, and maybe a new move or two (Ms Mowz needs an overhaul though). Yoshi might end up being slightly worse in the remake if they make Stampede function the way it's supposed to by only hitting ground enemies.
It's funny how my playstyle is so far away from the optimal one. I mainly use Vivian and almost never use Yoshi or Goombella. I tend to be really conservative in my FP usage and hate peril and buff strats, and I'm really bad at the action command for multibonk. I also just really like Vivian for...other reasons. And by other reasons I mean that her personality and character arcs are awesome. What did you think I meant?
@@blearghu Yeah, when I finally beat the game for the first time recently and saw that in the final scene she nearly confessed her love for him, but decided against it at the last second, it broke my heart. Especially since he was the first person to show her kindness ever. Like, no wonder she fell for him. It was clear that all of the female partners had a crush on Mario, but Vivian's unrequited crush hit me the most because if any of the partners deserved a bit more happiness in their lives, it was her.
I was gonna say "If someone made a mod where your in-battle party was 2 partner slots (with Mario only participating as a cameo to use the Crystal Stars), what would you say is the most BROKEN Partner Duo?". But, after seeing the tierlist, I can easily see who those two would be.... SO, let's inverse that, what would be the WORST Partner Duo? Who would be the two that are just so dysfunctional from every aspect?
I really wanna make a point system to categorize how effective every partner is at defeating certain enemies, broken down by popular badge loadouts as well as their base strength and their upgraded strengths
The first time I played TTYD I tried a run without items or attack up badges, so Yoshi wasn't very useful. Anything with defense would render him useless unless they could be Gulp'd or I used Power Lift. I prefered to use Koops and Vivian since they could bypass defense, and if enemies didn't have defense, it was better to use Bobbery for the big damage (I had a lot of FP). Ms Mowz was the only other way I had to heal Mario aside from using special moves, so that was a welcome niche!
I always wondered why Mowz didn't have multi-hit properties on Slap. The animation clearly shows multiple hits. Kinda weird that Bow's slap matches her animation and hits multiple times but Mowz a game later just adds them all up. If she had 1+1+2 piercing damage would she be decent, since she'd then be able to tap into ridiculous damage boost strats? Clearly still worse than Goombella and Yoshi due to worse utility and other limitations on her attacks, but she might at least be ok.
My dream is that you guys do tier lists for PM64 and one for the Pixls in Super. Maybe even a tier list for both PM64 and TTYD combined to see who is the best and worst partners across both games
The funny thing is, everything you said about Goombella is why I find myself using Goombario constantly now. I, like so many others, used to always shelf him the minute I got Koops back in the day, but he's seriously one of the best partners and I never realized it until I got a chance to finally replay this game on the Switch.
Same, but I think for pm64, the rankings are pretty clear. My list is like Watt, Bow, Sushie, Parakarry, Kooper, Bombette, Goombario, Lakilester. In that order
In my first playthroughs I really liked Vivian (mostly for fiery jinx though) And I liked the fire damage each turn, I thought this was the reason why it's only 5 attack power in Ultra. But playing the game more I quickly noticed that partners like Yoshi, Goombella, and Koops were much more useful. I noticed and used Flurries Tank-Capabilities right from the start though. She saved my ass the first time I fought Bonetail
Cool video. I really liked your breakdown and reasoning of the partner moves. In the defense of kiss thief you can steal badges even if the enemy is not holding them right now you just need to grind a bit. For e.g I farmed P up D downs on koopatrols in the pit. Paralyzed them and used kiss thief over and over again. As long as you CAN steal the badge from an enemy(depending on the loot table of casuse), you ll get it eventually. it doesn't dismiss any of the points you bought up, but if you playing really casuaslly and hove time on your hands it works Edit: you mentioned the above point later so yeah... forget I said anything
I don't know who I usually used for my playthrough that's really casual but I think it was Yoshi and Mowz mainly lol. I hope the remake rebalances things a little bit so there aren't wild imbalances like Vivian and Mowz being so much worse than the top tiers. I know they're probably not going to change very much but I do hope they balance things a little bit better than the first time around
The Mrs. Mowz hatred is real, haha. I will say, when I did Pit of 100 trials 50+ times on a file, kiss thief got pretty wild. Ended up maxing my badge count (200). I had 5 defense plus on danger mario... zero damage from anything that wasn't an amazee dayzee. Plus I got a ton of flower savers while Amazee farming. She's a B-tier to me if you are going for post-100% badge farming. Can make some wacky builds late game.
Rally wink is too powerful of a move for Goombella not to be top tier. Mario's turn is so much more versatile even with all the options TTYD added to partners turns, that adding a second turn for him in a cycle opens up so many options with Star power, double dip and badges. Knew she'd be at the top of the list.
The biggest thing that sucks about Mowz is just HOW MUCH her Love Slap is nerfed compared to Electro Dash from PM64. They’re similar moves in concept, but Mowz has so many restrictions on what she can even TRY to hit that the move goes from unstoppable to unusable.
It's funny that you mention the thief class in Fire Emblem in comparison to Ms Mowz considering that they're made by the same company (Intelligent Systems). Plus thieves in Fire Emblem are good because the lockpick allows you to bypass getting keys for doors and chests, on top of the fact that after FE6 you can promote them to Assassins. Also I'm surprised you didn't mention the quest to obtain her either, which requires you to go through Hooktail's castle again (which if you do the hide and seek request will likely be your 3rd time in the castle), go all the way to the top, then walk all the way back out again.
20:28 I’ll say, dodgy fog caused me to have to redo the pit, when fighting bonetail I has flurrie use dodgy fog then I guess when bonetail was supposed to attack, but the game just locked up, idle animations and sounds were still playing but nothing happened for like 30 minutes and had to restart my switch 😢…and all this because I just wanted to try something random.
32:49 Kappy mentions that you need the full power badge suite in order for Vivian to compete against Flurrie, who could just blow them away with Gale Force. But couldn't you argue that's what lends strength to Yoshi? The same applies to him too. Vivian > Flurrie lol
I think that's the idea, is that when you have the "full power badge suite", there's no point to using Vivian whatsoever since Yoshi can use that same power to immediately end almost any encounter, whereas Flurrie's Gale Force and Lip Lock are more unique and they can do their things before you get to that overpowered state
Jrpgs are weird with their thieves. They are either trash like Mowz or absolutely broken like Rikku in FFX As a kid, I always thought it was weird how the audience hates Love Slap so I came up with a headcanon that she's slapping the enemies with her lips and the audience thinks it's gross.
As someone who hasn't played the game yet, I can also say Goombella is the best partner in the game with how helpful she is compared to other partners. She is also just best Goomba ever, and that is fact. I actually wish she was canon in the main Mario games as kind of a nice friend or sidekick to Mario alongside Luigi
I actually played TTYD for the first time this week and this was very useful. I didn’t go FULL Danger Mario with only 5FP, but I never upgraded health ever. Goombella was my go to until Yoshi who was my go to until Rallywink. Koops was nice as a cheap sweeping option against standard enemies, Flurrie was nice for flying enemies (especially spiked parabuzzies bc I didn’t have spike shield yet), Vivian was good against Wizards in the endgame, Bobbery was hilarious in the Glitzpit rematches bc he would just Bomb-omb blast the fights and win, and Mowz I used like once in the Pit of 100 Trials to steal a Power Punch, LMAO.
And even combat aside: Goombella is also the best-written character. The fact that she has a paragraph of flavor text for EVERY NPC shows how much attention the writers gave her as Mario’s sidekick.
53:55 I highly disagree with that comparison; there are way more instances where thieves are useful beyond their ability to steal. They don't have direct competition in the same way Mario's partners do either, so they're super good in the context of their game. They'll open chests, doors, and have pretty good stats for evading attacks and at the very least dealing chip damage when you need it down the line. No other class can do most of that. Mowz only has her one niche, and you aren't even guaranteed to get use out of like thieves do with their multiple utilities.
Funny thing is I thought Vivian and bobbery were the best partners when I first played through the game because I didn’t realize how OP multibonk was with increased damage, and I didn’t realize how important it was to scale with increased damage, but I completely agree with this tier list.
It’s so funny how one change to the way the move works, changed the invincibility move from the best move in the game to the worst move in the game. I have no idea how you’d balance Outta Sight/Veil to be useful but not busted.
Gotta disagree with your shade towards Vivian. I tried playing the game a few weeks ago for the first time in about 15 years and she was single handedly the reason that I was able to get past the shadow queen. Granted, I didn't know that I could get as many power boost badges as I apparently can and I am nowhere near good enough to consistently land something like multibounce, and I only had the initial upgrade for each of them, but I had tried using all of the others in that fight and they got me nowhere but when I went all in with just her, she actually made it fairly easy, she was also the key to getting past the siren fight for me. Obviously you disagree but I definitely feel like she should at least be in A tier with how useful she can be.
Koops and Bobbery are my favourite partners, i'm doing a Hammer-man, Defense Mario build with high offensive partners. the amount of fun i have with these two partners alone for some builds have been great.
Man, this feels bizarre to listen to, like arguing who are the better units in Fire Emblem. Like sure there are strats that make some really good you don't need to do those to play the game, I just get Quick Swap to basically have all the partners at once. I did at least learn about Gale Force still granting exp, Stampede hitting aerial foes, and a couple other moves as well.
i think a big thing you overlooked on Vivian is *when* she gets fiery jinx: she gets it at Super Rank and the only other attack all skills are Gale Force (unreliable targeting) or Power Shell (worse base power and ground locked). she gets way worse when you get the ultra stone and access Stampede + Shell Slam
imo Vivian is A tier, her utility with being able to punch most enemies and having fiery jinx makes her good in a lot of situations. she doesn't benefit much from attack increases, but if those weren't in the game, I think Vivian would be the best partner
@@somebodylikesbacon1960 true. I still think Yoshi beats goombella with stampede based on how you look at it. Goombella may have endless multibonk as long as you can keep it up, but if powered up enough Yoshi can wipe an entire team which goombella cannot do. Vivian too. A power drink and power lift can make her do some hard fast damage with fiery jinx
This list is very interesting... but I feel it does rely heavily on the idea that the player is going to be utilizing a lot of partner buff badges in a certain way. While many players will probably use a few when possible, I think it's kind of silly to expect every player will slam on 2 Power Plus P's among others, because of the badge cost; especially early on. When you factor in super builds, I can certainly see why you position characters the way you do, as Yoshi having 3 great Multi-hits, 1 of which weakens attack and a defense pierce as well for situational combat... that does help like crazy... but if he isn't strapped with power increasing badges, any enemy with defense will suffer no damage; same weakness as Lady Bow had in the original. When you factor in default strength, Goombella, Kooper, Flurrie, Bobbery and Vivian rise much higher, as they can still do what they were designed to without needing to rely on a ton of supplements to apply their abilities. Yoshi only reaches the upper level when he's got all that support, otherwise; he's good against standard enemies, but struggles against anything with a bit of defensive power; except the Iron Clefts, who he was built to kill so.
This is a tier list based on high level play for people who want to learn about it. Of course we're gonna base ratings on optimal strats, there would be no point otherwise.
I was going to make a joke about Goombella being, like, "B-tier in gameplay, S-tier in personality" but then she made S-tier in gameplay anyway. Dangit

I love Vivian in casual playthroughs. Don't really stack badges or go for the peril strats, and I use her mostly in chapter 8 because it fits I guess lol. Might be the chuggaaconroy stan in me
@Natalie that’s so true too. I forgot she’s also a trans icon
@natalie7662 i agree so much
@natalie7662because it's simply not something that's on most people's radar. It doesn't make them any worse for it, and they shouldn't feel bad for not knowing.
@natalie7662 You said "Sadly" As if it should be expected that it is, when that's just not realistic.
@natalie7662 Except she isn't trans. Never was.
Vivian can hit ceiling enemies.
@@cratorcic9362 So, X-Naut platoon #2?
I like that idea, being able to steal an item and use it in the same turn could be really interesting.
Vivian is mid af but her character is just so interesting and likeable that I've always used her by default.
nice pfp
Without clicking on your profile, I already know you are a speedrunner@@RichConnerGMN
Ya Vivian was awesome. As someone who wasn't using stacked badge set up jinx is great.
Still ain’t gonna do it cause I kinda don’t like having to rely on peril too much
Bobbery being so low hurts my soul, hes my main partner, I cant help it i love the old sea dog
WAIT does this actually happen in the game? Where :O
@@sawk1875 It doesn't. Just an observation on how Koops is the only fully-dressed companion you get in PM64/TTYD. Unless you want to count Goombella, but if shoes don't count as wearing a bottom for Starlow, it doesn't count for her, either.
This video's pretty darn great. Well-edited and informative.
I spent a large amount of time trying to get at least 20 each of the P-Up D-Down badges in one file.
It took 2 months
It’s funny that the partners get worse as you unlock them
Now that we're getting a remake, I really hope the weaker partners get buffed with better powerscaling, FP costs and number adjustments, bug fixes, and maybe a new move or two (Ms Mowz needs an overhaul though). Yoshi might end up being slightly worse in the remake if they make Stampede function the way it's supposed to by only hitting ground enemies.
I doubt they will change them
It's funny how my playstyle is so far away from the optimal one.
The way that she basically is in love with Mario but knows he only has eyes for Peach... It's so sad...
I will just say that Mowz is pretty dang good in the Extreme Randomizer, since all enemies are holding items... so that's good :)
Pretty confident saying this probably koops and ms mows since they can’t hit air born targets without items
Best: Koops & Yoshi
Worst: Mowz & Bobbery
I really wanna make a point system to categorize how effective every partner is at defeating certain enemies, broken down by popular badge loadouts as well as their base strength and their upgraded strengths
The first time I played TTYD I tried a run without items or attack up badges, so Yoshi wasn't very useful. Anything with defense would render him useless unless they could be Gulp'd or I used Power Lift. I prefered to use Koops and Vivian since they could bypass defense, and if enemies didn't have defense, it was better to use Bobbery for the big damage (I had a lot of FP).
Ms Mowz was the only other way I had to heal Mario aside from using special moves, so that was a welcome niche!
vivian being below flurrie is proof that infinite pit speedruns have rotted kappy's brain
This could be facts...could be LOL
Shell Shield works great with Peril Mario because you can finish off every boss before they can touch Mario except for the final one.
Honestly it'd be quirky and cool if it did 0+0+4 by default
Considering Fatguy's brand of commentary, I would've expected this tierlist to happen as early as pre-book of mario.
My dream is that you guys do tier lists for PM64 and one for the Pixls in Super. Maybe even a tier list for both PM64 and TTYD combined to see who is the best and worst partners across both games
The one in 64 that makes you straight up invincible is extremely broken
Goombella is like goombario from the first game, she is amazing and the best partner ever.
would love to see more rankings for partners in paper mario 64 and maybe even super paper mario

Best partner in Super Paper Mario is Bowser because of the 2x damage

vivian used to be my favourite partner as a kid, i guess i forgot yoshi just has a better move that hits all enemies
The funny thing is, everything you said about Goombella is why I find myself using Goombario constantly now. I, like so many others, used to always shelf him the minute I got Koops back in the day, but he's seriously one of the best partners and I never realized it until I got a chance to finally replay this game on the Switch.
Unfortunately, multibonk is broken. It always caps at 2 hits after the first time you use it in a battle.
The multibonk bug prevents him from being a top tier partner, but he's still not bad by any means.
This was super insightful!! I would love to have a similar list for 64!!
Same, but I think for pm64, the rankings are pretty clear. My list is like Watt, Bow, Sushie, Parakarry, Kooper, Bombette, Goombario, Lakilester. In that order
@@Electro4890Damn you actually got the new list right
Goombella, Bobbery and Vivian are very enjoyable characters :)
Now I wanna see you guys rank all the badges this was really entertaining
In my first playthroughs I really liked Vivian (mostly for fiery jinx though)
And I liked the fire damage each turn, I thought this was the reason why it's only 5 attack power in Ultra.
In the defense of kiss thief you can
steal badges even if the enemy is not holding them right now you just need to grind a bit. For e.g I farmed P up D downs on koopatrols in the pit. Paralyzed them and used kiss thief over and over again.
As long as you CAN steal the badge from an enemy(depending on the loot table of casuse), you ll get it eventually.
it doesn't dismiss any of the points you bought up, but if you playing really casuaslly and hove time on your hands it works
Edit: you mentioned the above point later so yeah... forget I said anything
Can't wait to see the Pixl tier list based off the recent playthrough!
It's happening right
Calling it now, Carrie is at the top of S tier.
@@murphmariotwopointoh7714 Carrie carries for sure
Pixl tier list based on how great their character is.
Also, and tippi doesn't count for obvious reasons, how many pixls actually have a sentence count numbering more than 5?
That intro was fire
I don't know who I usually used for my playthrough that's really casual but I think it was Yoshi and Mowz mainly lol. I hope the remake rebalances things a little bit so there aren't wild imbalances like Vivian and Mowz being so much worse than the top tiers. I know they're probably not going to change very much but I do hope they balance things a little bit better than the first time around
i loved the edits between partners
Top 7 Paper Mario TTYD partners
1. Vivian
2. Bobbery
3. Goombella
4. Yoshi
5. Koops
6. Flurrie
7. Ms. Mowz
Blue yoshi named banana bo is a sick callback
I'm glad someone noticed
Wonder how the tier list looks if we include visual design, personality, and story inclusion into things
Vivian might go up a slot, and Yoshi down one at least.
Bobbery and Vivian would probably be S tier
I saw this lasted an hour and thought this was about every single partner in the entire franchise, from 64 to origami king
I think Bobbery is one of my favorite partners to carry on the overworld just cuz of his dialogue options. Idk, could just be me.
Goombella and Ms Mowz were my childhood crushes
43:20: This is the first I've heard that Ms Mowz' Stylish Moves don't work, is there any documentation of this claim available?
The moment you introduced Ms. Mowz, my video lagged. Even my computer doesn't want to bother with Ms. Mowz.
i like how goombella is the best mainly because of the fact that she allows you to not use goombella.
Wheres the Sticker Star toad tier list Fatguy.
I like the one with glasses
They are either trash like Mowz or absolutely broken like Rikku in FFX
As a kid, I always thought it was weird how the audience hates Love Slap so I came up with a headcanon that she's slapping the enemies with her lips and the audience thinks it's gross.
I was today years old when i learned that kiss theif can steal an item from any enemy regardless of them holding an item
Vivian and yoshi were my go tos...and flurry for tank girl.
It's funny how after all these years so many people claimed Goombella to be the worse partner, but what it really boils down to just skill issues.
I like that Mario's ultimate teammate is a Goomba of all things.
Shut yo noob ass up and go play Roblox you abrotion clinic ass retard.
Baby Yoshi is op even without damage badges, it’s nuts
Wow, I was blown away at the clips of baby yoshi destroying all the bosses. This game is easy, so I never put a lot of thought into strategy.
Love how while they're talking about Mous they just let her get pelted by rocks.
i think a big thing you overlooked on Vivian is *when* she gets fiery jinx: she gets it at Super Rank and the only other attack all skills are Gale Force (unreliable targeting) or Power Shell (worse base power and ground locked). she gets way worse when you get the ultra stone and access Stampede + Shell Slam
When the remake of this game comes out I'm going to do a partner only challenge
Too bad because Vivian is such a fun party member to have and use.
imo Vivian is A tier, her utility with being able to punch most enemies and having fiery jinx makes her good in a lot of situations. she doesn't benefit much from attack increases, but if those weren't in the game, I think Vivian would be the best partner
@@Fatguy703 I mean, I suppose that's fair. It's interesting either way.
I didn't know Kooper was in the game thought he was just an unused sprite
I was going to make a joke about Goombella being, like, "B-tier in gameplay, S-tier in personality" but then she made S-tier in gameplay anyway. Dangit
It's amazing how this video is uploaded 6 months ago, now a remake is in the works, I hope to try out these strategys would be nice if they included a harder difficulty, or more HP for the boss so take can tank these hits lol
