    *Scottish Sovereign*
    Declaration of Arbroath The Declaration made a number of rhetorical points: that Scotland had always been independent, indeed for longer than England; that Edward I of England had unjustly attacked Scotland and perpetrated atrocities; that Robert the Bruce had delivered the Scottish nation from this peril; and, most controversially, that the *independence of Scotland was the prerogative of the Scottish people,* rather than the King of Scots. In fact it stated that the nobility would choose someone else to be king if Bruce proved to be unfit in maintaining Scotland's independence. The *government is contractual* and that kings can be chosen by the community rather than by God alone.
    A Claim of Right for Scotland was a document crafted by the Campaign for a Scottish Assembly in 1988, declaring the *sovereignty of the Scottish people*. It was signed by all then-serving Labour and Liberal Democrat MPs, with the exception of Tam Dalyell (Labour), a strident opponent of devolution. The list of signatories included several MPs who would later attain high office, including future prime minister Gordon Brown, future chancellor Alistair Darling, and future leaders of the Liberal Democrats Charlie Kennedy and Menzies Campbell.
    The Claim of Right reads- We, gathered as the Scottish Constitutional Convention, do hereby acknowledge the *sovereign right of the Scottish people* to determine the form of Government best suited to their needs, and do hereby declare and pledge that in all our actions and deliberations their interests shall be paramount. We further declare and pledge that our actions and deliberations shall be directed to the following ends: To agree a scheme for an Assembly or Parliament for Scotland;
    To mobilize Scottish opinion and ensure the approval of the Scottish people for that scheme; and To assert the right of the Scottish people to secure implementation of that scheme.
    The argument was based upon the terms of *Article 18 of the Treaty of Union* the terms of which are familiar to historians, legal academics and commentators and to the courts which have considered its import on a number of occasions. The Article reads as follows: “That the Laws concerning Regulation of Trade, Customs and such Excises to which Scotland is by virtue of this Treaty to be lyable be the same in Scotland from and after the Union as in England, and that all other Lawes in use within the Kingdom of Scotland do after the Union and notwithstanding thereof remain the same as before (except such as are contrary to or inconsistent with this Treaty) but alterable by the Parliament of Great Britain With this difference betwixt the laws concerning publick Right, Policy and Civil Government and those which concern private Right That the Laws which concern publick Right Policy and Civil Government may be made the same throughout the whole United Kingdom *but that no alteration be made in Laws which concern private Right except for the evident utility of the subjects within Scotland*.”

      *American declaration of independence was direct result of Scottish influence*
      US Senate Resolution 155 of 10 November 1997 states that the Declaration of Arbroath, the Scottish Declaration of Independence, was signed on April 6, 1320 and the American Declaration of Independence was modeled on that inspirational document.
      RESOLUTION
      Designating April 6 of each year as ``National Tartan Day to recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions made by Scottish Americans to the United States.
      Whereas April 6 has a special significance for all Americans, and especially those Americans of Scottish descent, because the Declaration of Arbroath, the Scottish Declaration of Independence, was signed on April 6, 1320 and the American Declaration of Independence was modeled on that inspirational document;
      Whereas this resolution honors the major role that Scottish Americans played in the founding of this Nation, such as the fact that almost half of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were of Scottish descent, the Governors in 9 of the original 13 States were of Scottish ancestry,Scottish Americans successfully helped shape this country in
      its formative years and guide this Nation through its most troubled times;
      Whereas this resolution recognizes the monumental achievements and invaluable contributions made by Scottish Americans that have led to America's preeminence in the fields of science,
      technology, medicine, government, politics, economics, architecture, literature, media, and visual and performing arts;
      Whereas this resolution commends the more than 200 organizations throughout the United States that honor Scottish heritage, tradition, and culture,representing the hundreds of thousands of Americans of Scottish descent, residing in every State, who already have made the observance of Tartan Day on April 6 a success;
      Whereas These numerous individuals, clans, societies, clubs, and fraternal organizations do not let the great contributions of the Scottish people go unnoticed: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That the Senate designates April 6 of each year as ``National Tartan Day.

      The US second constitution was a result of how easily a govt can be bought.
      It's entitled _US Inc_ and was enacted in _secret,_ in 1871 by Grant and *both* parties!
      It opened the doors to birth certificates, 1900, then the Fed, 1910, followed by the big sale, in 1913.
      The certificates whereby the soon-to-be slaves could be accounted for, while the Fed was employed to control the vast wealth they generate.

    The difference and I’ll try re-iterate again, Laws are equal to everyone, no one person can be above that of the highest principles set down by society alone not even the government or queen or individual. Laws are usually fought and died for in the historical sense as laws themselves govern the people not an individual or group/minority, it’s more cultural than regulative. They are simplistic
    in nature and they are not arbitrary in the form of legalese . They are primary legislation and cannot simply be repealed by secondary legislation which consists of statutory tools/acts of a regulative rule.
    In a democratic process it protects the public from any new “government” when elected into office(not power) that they simply cannot change fundamental rights and primary legislation i.e rules of
    government itself. Our government when elected should’ve only had the right to change secondary legislations in the form of legal aspect of law such as public rules and regulations and conduct only, but not the private rights of individuals themselves which consists of primary legislation. The UK is run on Constitutional Monarchy, Parliamentary Government; In that same order the Constitution Monarchy (Crown/Law/Authority), Parliament Government ( Ruling Party/Representation/Legal) Primary-> Secondary .In British Politics we have the commons and the house of lords. When new bills/adaption’s of secondary legislations get passed/debated (statutes) within the commons by the executive government/PM they are then passed onto the house of Lords to be in a sense to be ratified to make sure they do not conflict with primary legislation/laws. * Legal rules with the force of law*

      Very interesting to read is the *Strathclyde Review*
      Lord Hunt of Kings Heath said that, for him, “the most important part”of the Strathclyde Review was the reference to “the appropriate use ofstatutory instruments”. Several other speakers during the debate on the Strathclyde Review also spoke of their concern that currently too much is being “left for implementation by statutory instrument” as a result of the use of “skeleton” (or framework) bills. Lord Goodlad, for example, said: “I strongly support the report’s suggestion that future Governments should ensure that Bills contain more detail.” Baroness Williams of Crosby referred to the “deep and profound undesirability of statutory instruments replacing primary legislation”.Lord Strathclyde also said: “We should question very strongly when framework bills are put before us whether the requirements for ministerial powers are necessary”. In evidence to this Committee, Lord Lisvane said: “This business of the threshold between what should be the subject of primary legislation and in secondary legislation is really a much bigger question that any of the others that we have been trying to deal with. In a sense, the others are symptomatic of that basic problem”.

    By Family right, bloodlines and direct lineage my family IS Scottish royalty. The Mcgregors, direct by blood related to Robert ROY Mcgregor; the hero of Hadrian's Wall;..made a DUKE by the English crown during his time. My family STILL holds lands in Enidburgh near Loch Lomond. HOWEVER...upon searching history...it seems my family name, the McGREGORS, are black listed in english history and from my understanding, Scottish history, due to his defense of his own clan and people over the Crown. ....i speak as an SCOTTISH blooded man that the Crown has seen fit to remove his family nme from history...........KEEP UP YOUR GOOD WORK BROTHER!!!!!! DO NOT LET THE NAYSAYERS BRING YOU DOWN! SHOW THE TRUTH....TELL EVERYONE OF THE CORRUPTION OF THE BIG GOVTS>

    I cant prove there is/was a god as I was not about at the time he was supposedly here. the existence of a god is irrelevant anyway, wether he was here or not doesnt change the fact that common law exists through the beliefs of christianity lead by the bible that speaks of a god and that is where common law has derived from.

    Breach of who's peace? because the way I heard it was it was the Kings peace and also was enacted when the King was dead and the period between monarchs dying and being throned was the only time it could be breached, if we are sovereign then is it my own peace? how can I breach my own peace? plus if we ever go to court or get summons why can't we just tell them the person is dead? wouldn't that just end it there and then ? or if the cops ask for ID, say I have ID but it can't be used to identify myself ? what can be done ? I think the polis will just beat the shit out of you , it's all good talking about it on here UA-cam but in real life you will get yer shit pushed in, I've complained about the Scottish polis I ended up unemployable even though I was self employed.
