    Man hope I end up like a story like his on the channel one day
    So far i am 21 and have enough for a down payment on a property (Which is so difficult for a genz at the current time period)
    The fear of that first deal lol But also my skepticism on a volatile market is kicking in
    So jealous of people who got in pre 2020 when the BRRRRR went nuts left and right

      Thanks for the comment. There are always pluses and minuses to every market.
      The good thing about now is you have some sellers that will negotiate more. That hasn't happened for a while, especially when rates were very low.

      It’s funny because I was thinking the same thing when I finally pulled the trigger and bought my first property as a house back in 2011. I was saying, man I wish I could have bought a few years earlier when real estate was at absolute bottom right after the 2008 crash. But, now I look like a genius. The crazy thing is that it doesn’t matter when you buy as long as you plan to hold long term. People ten years from now are going to be saying, man I wish I could have bought in 2024. Do you analysts, make sure you buy a quality property, and then hold. You can’t lose. 👍

    I’m 28, and all I think about is my wasted 10 to 15 years of procrastination and misery. Gonna have to start late and finish rich.

      Hey I started with a 2-family house hack at 28. Continued to scale and retired from my day job 10 years later. 28 is young man! Plenty of time to do it 3 times over. Get it done!

      28 is very young, especially to realize that you need to go into real estate and stick with buy and hold and not get stuck in another job (wholesaling or fixing and flipping). I figured that out at 23, accidentally bought a nightmare property after a bunch of analysis paralysis at 26, and now this year at 29/30 I finally found a model that worked for me and I bought 4 properties that were in way better neighborhoods and way better shape. I'm slowing down right now because for almost 7 years my singular problem was getting a deal, now it's not underwriting an exit strategy, but actually executing those exit strategies and trying to find contacts that can guide me along the way. I expect it to be fully taken care of by January 2025, and then I'll go back into acquisitions mode again.

    I definitely need help on what to do. I have 4 SFH recently purchased (this year). Two properties (according to REDFIN) have gone up around $50K. How can I pull that money out to purchase more properties? I am trying to make the best decision possible to accumulate a few more properties. My goal is to quit my 9-5 as well.

    They talk a lot about investors receiving interest (of course). But how exactly is the interest paid? Is it interest on the initial loan or do they take a percentage of rent each month for the life?

    I really love how you ask questions that most beginners would want to know. Ex. what's in it for lenders, strategies in this current market with high int rate etc.
    What are your thoughts on the Canadian market? I am in Canada and would love to apply similar strategies into this market. I wonder if you've analyzed the Canadian market before.

    Love your content, your intros kill me though. Instead of explaining what you’ll be talking about, I think a little snapshot of a key point of the interview will suffice and then move right into the interview. I find myself skipping the intro and getting turned off and going to another video.

    I used to follow this guy he made good content but aggressively DM'd to buy his crypto course before the crash. Long term sure crypto has promise but his DMs turned me off #unfollowed
