- Western Australian real estate agent Tony Maddox faces jail under the “abused” Aboriginal heritage laws after building a bridge over a creek on his property.
Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt said the Aboriginal heritage laws were being used to defend what in his opinion is “the imaginary”.
“Tony is a real estate agent in Toodyay, north-east of Perth, and he decided to build a bridge over the tiny creek at the front of his property that kept washing away the path," he said.
”And while he was at it, he added bit of a pond which was quite nice.
“Little did he know that he was angering the Rainbow Serpent that nobody has ever seen.”
Once you get to court, get your lawyer to demand that they produce the Rainbow Serpent so you can question it.

He was running a business from home for years, when he got a notice from the council that he was in violation of several laws. They gave him a list of things he had to do to cone up to code, he couldn’t afford it and was going to have to sell up. Then he found out a council member lived behind him and wanted his land, after making the accusation all the trouble went away.

NEVER HAVE. My parents saw the law change in the 70s from outback station employees going from being paid in products like flour and meat, to being paid money. The government wanted it because it involved minimum hourly wage but MAINLY because they got TAXES out of it. The result was that instead of ONLY getting food, they now went and bought alcohol and started becoming alcoholics.
They have no interest in the aboriginals, they just want Australia destroyed so that they can rule over the rubble.

Turn the tables and have the prosecuting party audited; plus this poor man, a hero who feeds us, thinks he needs to spend a fortune on proving his innocence when it's up to the prosecutor to prove guilt. How on earth did it get this far, no evidence of wrongdoing and witnesses both elders and the authority for rivers have debunked the prosecution. It is an abuse of power that could cause this poor man a stroke

I heard a whole BUNCH of the stories as a kid in Western Australia where the culture is often taught in schools. Kinda want to find more of the stories now. The GENERAL basis of each story goes as such. 1. Person bad or quiet ofyen lazy or greedy, 2. Person punished by being turned into an animal, 3. Person kicked, jumped, fell or whatever from a high place and fell into the sky to become a star constellation. I remember specifically the one about the platypus which climbed a tree (they cant) and then jumped from an end stick (that should break under it's weight) to THE MOON, but I think it misses like most do and becomes a star constellation like mosy do. By that logic I should be able to walk out my front door today and jump to the horizon 7 kilometres away.
