The answer is: TRUE According to research hair colouring is pregnancy safe, opt for an ammonia free colour. But ma'am like you said, hair colour is never healthy and causes so much damage, also during pregnancy/post partum hair fall is a major issue. So my advice would be to avoid hair colour even though they are safe, they can cause havoc to your hair.

My hair hv bcm fluffy (they r not thick n my hair density is medium to low wd thin hair) off late if they r not blow dried at salon they dnt gv me confidence enf to muv out😢.. N if i get them blow dried thrice a week they r getting damaged n as for botox all salon gv me diff advice.. Only one or two salon ppl said mam ur hair is senserized or ovr processed (God knows from wt) one n a hlf yr bk yes one salon burned the hair by twice using botoplex in gap of 12 days.. Aftr dt I jst got global done once... Ppl get their hair bleached so often mne to wo bi ni karwaya yet the condition of my hair... 😢Though they r soft to Tch 😊bt they hv no shine or silkiness left...
I hv to b at sm meetings for one week approx n I won't hv tym to get blow dries... Shud i go for botox (if yes which one) or shud i go for sos hair spa treatment?
