    • @ColeSager

      Yeah, I think I can toss something in next time! A safe thing to fall back on is doing a very, very light row or assault bike., Something that engages multiple limbs.

    Hey Cole, something you don’t address in your double under video either... does your heel ever touch the ground when doing double unders or are you on your toes the whole time? Why or why not?
    Thanks for the advice:)

    • @02Carry
      @02Carry 5 років тому

      You should be on your toes all the time imo. Point is, if you step on your heel, you'll lose momentum. Stay on your toes and absorb the step so you can bounce back out of it as quick as possible. Try it, you will feel it.

    • @jacksondavis3264
      @jacksondavis3264 5 років тому +2

      Michael Mabe your heels shouldn’t be touching the ground very much it’s ok if they do but keep your weight on your toes it’s quicker and easier

    • @ColeSager
      @ColeSager  5 років тому +1

      Jackson's response is great. Ideally not heel touch, because your ankles are more responsive in a dorsiflexed position and just tapping the ball of your foot. Heels touching would imply your knees are having to bend. Which will throw rhythm off.

    • @michaelmabe8944
      @michaelmabe8944 5 років тому

      Jackson Davis thank you for the advice. I really appreciate you taking the time:)

    • @michaelmabe8944
      @michaelmabe8944 5 років тому

      Cole Sager Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. That makes sense about throwing off the rhythm.

    Hi Cole, my biggest problem is the weight of the dumbbells. Should I still try in Rx even though I know I'm going to have trouble supporting the weights? Thank you 🙂

    • @bgg7518
      @bgg7518 5 років тому +4

      Hi Akashi!
      If you know you cannot support the weights comfortably when you are fresh and well rested, imagine how those dumbells are gonna feel after 10-20 minutes of workout coupled with other movements that will tax your shoulders as well... If every round you are going to get a bit "stuck" struggling with those dumbells, the intended stimulus and purpose of the workout will not be preserved. You need a weight that may feel a bit uncomfortable when fatigue settles in, but that allows you to keep moving safely for 20 minutes :) Good luck and have fun!!

      Hi bg g !
      Thx mate
      You too, good luck and enjoy 20.2

    • @jacksondavis3264
      @jacksondavis3264 5 років тому +1

      True, definitely don’t push past your limits but one rep in the rx division is worth more than 1 million scaled reps so if you care about the leaderboard than a least try rx and stop early if you need to

    • @gab-xl1mc
      @gab-xl1mc 5 років тому +1
